When I joined Mummys Gold they gave me a bonus every week. I spent lots. I then had a lucky win and made a withdrawal of about £2000. The bonuses stopped.

I asked TWICE if the withdrawal had affected the bonuses and was told absolutely not.

I asked again yesterday and this is the reply!

So if i understand correctly you won £2000, got paid without any problems and now you complain about not getting any FREE money (bonusses)?

I think " pathetic " is a bit too strong. It is his first post after all.
Personally I would expect to be dropped from further bonus's if I managed to win amounts like that but not all casino's will.
Its not worth getting upset about in my opinion, just go play elsewhere with or without a bonus.
As for this casino I play there and will continue to do so.

You may feel bad about this, but really they could have treated you allot worse.
My guess is when you look back at this in a couple of months you will laugh about it yourself, and hopefully feel a bit ashamed about this message you posted.

A casino is not obligated to provide bonuses. It is at their discretion. If your coffee shop gave you a free coffee every Tuesday for being loyal then you only stopped by on Tuesdays that's not going to last long. "Here's your free coffee. Thanks for coming in. See you next Tuesday!" They probably wouldn't be in business very long.

But... IMO you offer a perfect demonstration of what this business has created for itself by using bonuses as a marketing tool in the first place. The casino is really as much to blame as you for creating this siuation because they offer bonuses to tempt you to deposit. When you take advantage of human greed there can be consequences to deal with.

The OP has every right to be pissed off and its good to know that some casinos have a hard time when someone wins a relatively small amount.

Ok maybe i was a bit harsh on the OP, but as you can see it's just a "hit & run". The only reason he posted here was to put the casino in a bad place, not to really discuss it.

It's just like opening a door to a bar, scream:"You are a bunch of stupid losers for not giving me free beer!!!" and run away.

BTW i really can do without the "personal attacks" like your last sentence. I was responding to the OP, not you.

I agree with Simmo!. Casinos don't have to keep giving you bonuses (free money) and if you want a bonus you can always just go somewhere else to play.

In the end, you won and withdraw without problems, for me that is success.

Agree that I was a bit out of line, sorry for that.

And the casino deserves the bashing from OP. Its one thing to bonusban a player and I dont have a problem with that (altough for 2k they cant really be taken seriously).
But what I have a problem with is that the casino lied to OP. Twice. There seems to be a lack of reading comprehension ITT.

Not that surprising as its the same group that sometimes calls their players to offer bonuses if they reverse their withdrawals (or parts of it).
