Bonus balance system(Mg acredited casinos)

hello,

im having a trouble and the only solution i have is to play to get back my money.

did have deposited and took a bonus at a mg acredited casino(50+15)

i lost rapidly my first deposit
so decided to try again got also a bonus on my second deposit havent checked earlier but after my second deposit my own money had become part of the bonus balance (50dep +15bonus was 35 cash 30 bonus)
contacted the cs at this casino but no really helpfull just i have to look at playcheck and that my balance bonus should be 15 then chat ended.

well lost both deposit there was 2 weeks ago

today decided to try this casino probably i forget my last experience there


deposited again 50 euros and balance before recieving bonus was 20 cash and 30 bonus. then the bonus is credited i have 20 euros cash and 45 bonus balance

I dont really want to play for 90* before cashout plus the fact that my own money deposit goes to bonus balance is really unaceptable. so decide to dont play and ask cs to get back my last deposit

I contated cs the only explanation was that i got some non finished game but the 3 game listed havent been played during the session of my 3 deposit with bonus.

So i asked to get my money back no way i have to play to get my 50 back
.....unacceptable asked to talk to a manager
same reply they cant do nothing if i want my money back i have to play till i reach my amount deposited to cashout.

this isnt normal at all, i need be selfconfident with a casino to enjoy playing this isnt more the case and i dont want to play anymore there but just get back my cash any idea ?

If you zereod out your account the bonus should have reset to zero also. If you have even 1 cent left it means you still have playthrough left on that bonus. *Looks around, where is vinylweatherman, he can explain this better than I can...*

You have to make sure there is no money left in your account after each bonus or the bonus will carryover onto the next deposit. It shouldn't but some casinos do this. Have you contacted the casino rep about this?

at my first deposit with bonus, balance wasnt 0 left 1 cents from a previous deposit without bonus so it was 1 cent cash.
then and beetween other deposit balance was always zero and the bonus balance never reseted. I contacted the rep no answer rigth now

If you zereod out your account the bonus should have reset to zero also. If you have even 1 cent left it means you still have playthrough left on that bonus

well the cs told me that i have 3 non finished game one is with a bonus round but well
dunno how come i could forgot to play this
but the fact is that this 3 game have been played long time ago cause they dont even appear in playcheck
so i havent played this during the time i deposited my first 50 and got the bonus and also at the second deposit to
so how can this interfer with the bonus balance a game played long time ago !

I comment that becouse i had that problem in the past at 32red, but the support said me what game was ¨non played¨so i login and some was at fruitmachine where the nudge or hold was on (i remember was one of them).

I've had similar problems at 32Red myself. But there wasn't an unplayed round on the game, I had only left it at a non-winning bonus game screen. The same 20 cents kept popping up over and over. It's now been fixed.

At one point, 32Red told me to go ahead and play and come back to support once I had met the wagering other than that 20cents (whick I think I might have to wager $300 to clear) and they would remove it at that point.

I can't see why any other MG provider couldn't offer you the same option if the bonus amount is incorrect, to process things manually after you meet the wagering you need on the CURRENT bonus.

some casino's chose to carry over wagering even if you zero out. This is not the case here.

This is a problem that can happen on an MGS casino.
It is when for some reason the system thinks you have "bets in play"
The easiest way to resolve this is to ask support what games are shown as having bets in play, open the games in flash and see if there is a take win, nudge, complete hand etc and do so.
If after doing that it doesnt reset the bonus, ask support to manually sort out your balances. there is no reason at all they shouldnt do this.

The one I always forget about is Wealth spa with the coins - if you're saving the coins to get the massage and you've played the game while you have a bonus then check that. Sometimes I get all frustrated when the game isn't playing and leave halfway through the spin, and when I come back I have a bonus coin!
