Bonus account cancled

Hi.
I have been playing at inetbet for years. I would always play there tempting tuesday bonus day. I would use what ever bonus coupons they would have each month. With inetbet there was never a great amount of bonuses. I would even get Manager bonuses each month. I didn't know that there was a problem using there bonuses.
I got cut of from entering anymore coupons last month. They told me it was because i didn't put enough of my own money. I never had a problem for years of playing there. I also lost a lot of money because of the bonuses , because I would hardly ever make the playthrough and a lot of times I wish i put in straight money. Did there policy change, I did cancel my account with them because I felt like all the years i played there they just didn't care. I join jackpot capital and they are great.
Anyways did I do somthing wrong.

IMO - No, you did not. Or it doesn't surprise me at all, when we talk about InetBet & these kind of cases. They just don't understand, what entertainment mean, especially if you are "low roller", like me.

And from terms:

I understand this (well, most of it), but how on earth player will know, what is OK and what is too much?!

And sometimes its feel like... they treat players based, who is the CSR (that replied to you, or if you get the reply at all), what kind of day he/she have, etc, because i have seen many topics about these issues and talked with friends.

No, you didn't do anything wrong. Some casinos tend to bonus ban you if you win to much, take to many bonuses, only play with a bonus or whatever. If you like to play with bonuses I would advise you to find another casino to play at. If they "don't like your way of playing", don't play there imo.

32 Red don't bonus ban you if you are playing slots no matter ho far ahead you get (wink wink vinylweatherman) They have been offering a lot of bonuses lately, so they could be worth looking at if you like Microgaming.

Thanks. I did find another casino. Jackpot Capital. So far they seem to be fine. But who knows after a few years.

I checked into this and you have not made a deposit since last December but were wanting to claim free chip coupons.
As per the rules these can only be claimed by players who have deposited in the past 3 months. Hence the reason you could not claim them.
If you started depositing again you would be eligible.

While I occasionally play without a bonus most of the time I take a bonus including the weekend triple trio and $10 challenge not to mention the tempting tuesday bonuses and the monthly match bonuses. They have still not denied me any bonuses and they only time they did so was when I won a small ND gift from a contest but at that time I hadnt deposited for over a month so I have no problems with that. Of all RTG casinos, I am only bonus-banned at Titan but it is not something I will live to regret.

Even if Inet does start to cease offering so many bonuses I think they are perfectly within their rights to do so. Some players may leave and only time will tell whether they have made the right decision.

Since being bonus banned at JC for winning on several deposit bonuses and warned about my deposit bonus taking by inetbet i have continued playing at them bonis free. My lucky streak continues but without WRs.
