I also had problems with inet . I use bonuses with a deposit I win once then received a letter I was bonus banned . But they took my 6 deposits before I found out . Not happy with them I also went over to jc and lucky club they been awesome about bonuses . What gets me is that inet don't have warn u or tell anything about the issue first they just ban

Not sure what you're getting at there.

Jackpot Capital/JC have a higher wagering requirement of 30x whilst InetBet is 20x so the latter is certainly better in that regard.

Well that's a bit different from what you were inferring, to be fair.

It's odd they would ban you after 6 deposits. Did you take bonuses with those deposits? If not, then you have a case IMO. If so, then I don't see how they have mistreated you. It's not like they told you to deposit 6 times and receive a xx% cashback, and then told you they weren't going to honor it.

On a brighter note, at least the OPs bonuses weren't completely stopped. Just cancled.

I have been cut of since about march. From dec to march I didn't have much time to play. I always used a coupon with a deposit. with the free chips There was never a heck of a lot of free chips to use so i don't beleve i used them that often. Like I said before I played with this stile of play for years and now theres a problem. When I asked why i was banned they said I didn't play with enough real money. I don't know what that means when I need to put real money in to get the small percentage coupons.

It means that the amount of money YOU deposit is not a comparable ratio to the amount you have received in bonuses and free chips. Try making a few deposits without using any type of bonus and I'm sure they will start the bonuses again. They just want you to wager personal money instead of looking for freebies all the time. At least they have given you a warning and not just let you keep on playing the free chips until you've won and then they deny winnings (like the Virtual group does). Which would result in another multi-page bitch and moan fest about how they rip off players...

oh and to make it clear i do put money without bonuses. for years 6 for sure. it was only in the begining of this year that i played with equal bonuses . but i stll put in more than what you get for a bonus. so there was loyalty for inetbet for the previous years . but its not what you have done, its what you have done lately . anyways i'm happy with the other casino's so im over it.

No, you didn't do anything wrong. Some casinos tend to bonus ban you if you win to much, take to many bonuses, only play with a bonus or whatever. If you like to play with bonuses I would advise you to find another casino to play at. If they "don't like your way of playing", don't play there imo.

If the OP hasn't deposited since December, this would get them a 32Red bonus ban, not just an iNetBet one. They would be told by 32Red support that they needed to deposit some money without a bonus to show that they were not ONLY interested in "bonus bagging".

iNetBet DO have a term that specifically covers the OPs case, and that free chip codes can only be claimed on "active accounts", and "active" means "having made a deposit within the last x months", which was 6 months last time I looked. It's now July, and 7 months since the OP last made a deposit, thus they have been excluded from free chips as it is now more than 6 months since they last deposited.

iNetBet apply the rules regardless of whether the player is ahead, or has lost overall. The same applies to 32Red, which is why they DON'T bonus ban players that have simply been lucky enough to get ahead.

I was expecting a bonus ban after that massive win 3 years ago, but it never happened. Almost every other casino WOULD have booted me off the bonus list for it.

There are plenty of other places to play, but the recent loss of the US market, and the global recession, means that it is MORE likely that players will find themselves bonus banned.
