ok.. Not sure what to do. I claimed a 100% bonus on this site and they said if I claimed the match offer I could also receive 25 free spins on another game. I went ahead and claimed the bonus and deposited $20.00 and started with $40.00. I also claimed the free spins which I used right away. I won about $10.00 in bonus money from the free spins which never went into my account. They let that money stay to the side in case you lose you get a second bonus. This is common practice on all betonsoft sites. Ok, that part is fine.I built up to over $400.00 after a nice jackpot and a few big bonus games and then cleared the initial bonus. I never thought the second bonus would go into my account unless my balance dropped to zero or I cashed out. To my surprise the second bonus went into my account. The second bonus has a max cashout of $150.00. I talked to support and she didn't know what to do and advised me to go ahead and continue playing until the second bonus was cleared. That did not take too long and I cleared the second bonus and selected the fofeit bonus button which removed the $10.00 from my balance. I went ahead and continued playing and built up to about $450.00. I spoke to support and she made it sound like the most i could cash out would be $150.00. I do not see how my original $400.00 should be forfeited since that is money i had before the second bonus kicked in. If anything I should have $400.00 and an additional $50.00 which was technically won from the second bonus. I tried to have her find out what I should do and she advised me to go ahead and cash out. I do not want to send in all my documents and do all that stuff for $150.00, especially if I am getting screwed out of $400.00. I told her to find out exactly what the situation is and then I will send in documents or whatever. i actually do not even want to cash out, because I want to try and win enough money to make the headache of cashing out worthwhile. Anyways, i will let everyone know what happened, but at this point I feel like a sucker for playing at betonsoft. however, the fact I actually won is a big change from all the money I have blown at 3dice etc.. grrrrrrrrrrrrr

You do realize that Villa Fortuna is part of Grand Priva which is Rogued?

Technically they are not grand prive. They run their own site independent of grand prive. If you go to Grand Prive it is not listed as a Grand Prive site. However, neither is big dollar casino, but when I called big dollar they answered the phone as Grand Prive and when I asked them if they are part of Grand Prive they said "NO" LOL.. anyhow this site may have been Grand Prive in the past, but they have a totally seperate loyalty club that is not connected with Grand Prive.

I got contacted from Villa Fortuna and they said there are no problems with my funds and they are available to withdraw whenever i want once i send my documents. I know there have been a lot of complaints about betonsoft, but I have never heard anyone say anything bad about being paid and the customer service is outstanding at all these sites. As far as Grand prive is concerned, i do not generally play there at all, but did receive the fancy magazine in the mail today from them lol.. I also think Grand Prive isn't as bad as everyone claims they are, at least not anymore. And there was no advertisement in their magazine for Villa Fortuna...

Of course they are - they passed all my personal details over to Villa Fortuna and pretty much opened an account for me there, probably part of their crafty strategy to shaft affiliates by moving at least the non-US players over to Villa Fortuna. When someone brought this up on Casinomeister, they were contacted by Grand Prive, and asked to remove the thread because they didn't want Villa Fortuna to become public knowledge. Tough for them, as the policy here is NOT to rewrite history.

Same trick with Big Dollar. Player details are shared, and this can ONLY happen when all these casinos are run by the same operator, and as far as I am concerned, the ONLY thing that has changed since then is the software.

Get bonus banned at Grand Prive, and you are bonus banned at Villa Fortuna and Big Dollar too - clear evidence of the level of information sharing between so called independent operators.

Despite this, the OP has presented evidence of malpractice, whereby he won from a deposit bonus with no max cashout, but the casino slipped the small amount won from the free spins into the account in order to retrospectively cancel part of the winnings from the free spin bonus.

Despite what they tried to tell Bryan about them having changed managers and business practice, this shows that they have done nothing of the sort, and cases such as this demonstrate that the membership were right in their majority vote that they should NOT be allowed out of the pit based on the promises made by what turned out to be an affiliate manager, rather than the owners.

Now, they don't seem bothered enough to behave for another year, and ask again.

I have been waiting for over a week for my withdrawal and they said it has been processed but I haven't received anything in my bank. I also withdrew some funds to my quicktender and it has been 3 days since that withdrawal as well and nothing. They said it takes up to 48 hours to receive quicktender funds even after it has been processed. I just hate waiting weeks for a cashout. I will let you guys know if I ever actually get paid. I like the fact I feel like I actually have a chance to win, but waiting forever for money makes me feel different. i would almost rather play elsewhere, and even if it is almost impossible to win, at least I know I will get my funds within a few days. I just hate this waiting around BS

Well.. I am very happy Got my full withdrawal to my bank this morning minus a 20.00 service fee. so far the bank has not charged anything for the wire transfer. I also just received my funds to quicktender. I thought they were only going to pay me $150.00 to quicktender because I won that additional money with my loyalty bonus. I guess since it was a loyalty bonus they do not have a max cashout, as they usually do with free chips. This makes sense because you can claim a lot of loyalty points for bigger bonus's and if you claimed all your points for say a 200.00 bonus and then could only cash out 150.00 it wouldn't work out to well. I have no complaints at all and I am very very happy right now even if they are Grand Prive, which they claim they are not, the fact I got paid is a wonderful feeling.

Furthermore, the $20.00 fee for a wire transfer is $10.00 less than I would have to pay to cash out through quicktender. And it took about the same amount of time as quicktender would have. The quixktender transfer was faster than 3dice and even faster than RTG, however you have to wait 48 hours for all withdrawals. I think it was NATE here on the forum that gave credit to betonsoft and now I really respect his posts even more than before. he is honest with his reviews, as am I.
