    Royal Sands ripoff

While playing a tournament at Royal Sands casino I received a message saying I had won the minor jackpot. It was $256.00 Naturally I was excited, got in touch with live support where I was told I would have to wait until tourney was over, which would be the next day. The following day I tried to log on and was told I was not allowed to sign on and to contact user support. This is when the nightmare started. First they couldn't find my account and then I was told to give them the id number of the tournament game. This was impossible because they had blocked me from signing on to the casino, so how could I get id number? Finally after a couple of days and many calls and emails I was allowed back on. However, no one can tel me what happened to my jackpot money. I was even able to get the tourney id number, but still no jackpot-Another rip off

Isn't tournament money, just play money until it ends and you cash in on the rankings?

seroiusly??? you were playing a tournament, the jackpot win is for your score in the tournament, not for you to keep in real!!! I've won about 10 of these random jps in tournaments, actually probably closer to 20 Man, if i thought i could keep the random jackpot while playing in a tourney, i wouldn't ever need to deposit

Excellent explanation, but this does not explain why the OP had his account suspended after raising this matter with support.

Something else is going on here, as well as a misunderstanding over a tournament.

A minor jackpot of this size is unlikely to make much of a difference in the score, and the OP probably didn't place in the prizes with their score, hence no sign of any balance from this win.

why didn't the casino, tell you this when you asked for the jackpot money? Maybe they misunderstood what you were asking of them? If you told them you won a random in a tournament, they should of told you it was for tournament money only!!! As far as locking you out, there has to be more going on than what i'm reading

    Oh geez.

The OP should also claim the ending balance of his tournament as winnings too.

You have to wonder sometimes don't you?
