Now that you mention it, I've had the same thing once at Jackpot City, playing a 100% match.
I was doing rather good, but everything I won was divided 50/50 over my cash and bonusbalance.
I contacted support and the guy told me this was normal (really?) and that the entire bonusbalance would turn into cashbalance the moment I would meet the WR.
This appeared to be true, I met the WR and could withdraw with no problems.
Still its a bit silly, as you cannot keep track of your WR this way.
Never seen it at any other Micro.

    To the OP:
Maybe you have an unfinished game somewhere?
If for example your last spin on a slot paid something and you exit the game without clicking 'collect', or if you got disconnected during a spin, the system will not recognize your zero out, and the WR of a previous bonus will remain intact.

What support told you is bollocs, if winnings from bonusmoney go to the bonusbalance you cannot possibly clear the WR, not in a million years.

I have found Red Flush CS to be pretty clueless. James has no idea what he is talking about, but won't admit it. He has plucked what he thinks is a plausable explanation out of thin air, but probably based on his incomplete knowledge of the MGS "free spins" promotion where spins can be added to certain games as a way of granting a bonus. This IS where the results of those free spins are added to the bonus balance, and THIS is the MGS feature that has "been like this for some time".

Craig had 8 years experience, not that it helped him when presented with a bug I found on the Summer Holiday slot, where I just got explanations that tried to fit the results, rather than any real attempt to investigate the weird results themselves.

A supervisor got involved, but was only slightly less clueless, and it ended with MGS being asked to audit the session. This was over a month ago, and I have heard NOTHING, despite almost the entire team up to floor management level getting involved.

What has happened is "the bug", known to exist, and pretty obvious when it manifests itself, but operators and MGS are "in denial", because THEY could not POSSIBLY be at fault, it HAS to be the PLAYER that has simply mis-understood something far too complicated for their "pretty little patronised heads" to understand.

I am playing and playing..and i take a look at my bonus balance in the software and it says that my bonus balance is over 30$ and my cash is 2$...
I am like whAAAT?? so i go into live chat support and i am told that any money that we win from a feature( like free spins or a bonus round) will always go into our bonus balance and not our cash balance..
Is this correct? I can see if i had made no deposit and had received some free spins or something but not if I made a deposit..
I have been playing at these MG casinos for years and I have never noticed this before. I was told it has been like this for years..
Your thoughts anyone??? Has this really been the norm for years?

Just noticed your name is spelled like mine. As popular as our name is, I have only come across a few people spelled our way! I always tell my parents "Thank you for giving me a name that everyone misspells!!!" LOL

It just means you parents CAN'T spell. My great niece nearly had her name spelled wrong until I intervened, and it got spelled CORRECTLY

Vinyl... that might explain what a CS person told me in the past i.e. referring to promotional bonus spins and confusing it regular regular free spins in a bonus round. Thanks!

LOL...I wish someone would have intervened on my behalf. On the other hand, if I have to have such a common name, at least it is different from most everyone else's. I just get very aggravated when people mispronounce it and say Kell-ye.

I had the same sort of thing happen to me at - I don't remember whether it was Dash or Golden Lounge - but one of the 32Red group anyhow. My bonus funds all of a sudden jumped to double. I asked in chat and they said that first it looked like an old bonus that hadn't been cleared. My account was at zero when I deposited, but they said maybe it could be something like if I had a feature round sitting in some game that I hadn't played the last time I took a deposit bonus....but then they double checked and said, nope it's a mistake and they fixed it.

The only casino I remember that did that bonus wins only going into your bonus account was at Wizard gaming, remember that? I think it's a mistake, I'd contact the rep and see what's up.

Reminds me of the guy up the road whose name was Dudley Crapp.

A few of us had a christmas drinkies one year and suggested he change his name given he had no kids or wife and that he might be doing them, and himself, a favor.

So, after a few months he showed us a change of name via deed poll certificate which he had just been granted.

    It read:

    "Andrew David Crapp"

Amazing I have only seen one other person with this same spelling and I think she played in the television show MASH..I have gone through everything you mentioned and it really makes me laugh..I have a friend who spells her daughters name Keleigh..that is kinda different too..
My mother said this was her thinking..she wanted to name me Kelly but she thought that everyone that saw "Kelly" would assume it was a boy..so she stuck an "e" on the end so it would make it look more girl like..
Now back to my bonus problem..<smile> I have posted something here for the rep from Red Flush to read but it doesn't really show a contact there, it just says a representative or something..from the looks of things it doesn't look like they respond much. (from reading the other posts over there) ..any other ideas?..
    thanks everyone!

    Not over HERE they wouldn't

Unisex names usually have one gender in which they are far more common. Take "Carol", it is POSSIBLE that it refers to a boy, but 99.9% of the time you would be safe assuming it is a girl (Poland is an exception, where a slight spelling variant is more common in BOYS).

The US had "Kelly's Heroes" TV series a long while ago, so maybe THIS is why in the US the name is less easy to assign to a gender.

Your mum could have chosen a different name that NO-ONE could mistake, any proper Girl's name except "Sue"
