Slotsjungle says comps are a bonus

Ok. I got banned from bonuses at slotsjungle (don't understand why, because i was losing, but its their right, so be it). Ok however i have 4000 comp points which is about 40$ in value.

There is no playtrough on comp points, but i cannot redeem it and withdraw it because i am banned from bonuses. Do you think this is fair?

    hello

I don`t know about the T&C in your casino.

But in general (about comps), comps are complimentary and not bonuses (as I see it). One special bonus offer may be a comp. In landbased casinos, a glass of Jack Daniels may be a comp.

Nope, I think its not fair.
Comps are cash, no playthrough, so its not a bonus.
You should be able to redeem them anytime.

Maybe you can contact the rep. for SlotsJungle/Winpalace/Titan and ask him about it.

Known bunch of rogues. No different from confiscating winnings after the fact. The points are earned from play BEFORE the bonus ban came into effect, so should NOT be affected.

The only other group to make this argument is Casino Rewards, who consider a bonus ban to INCLUDE comps earned through play, even play BEFORE any bonus ban.

Maybe you are bonus banned because you "might win one day". LOSING players getting bonus banned is becoming more common, and it is STUPID. It's bad enough being ahead & being told you are "too lucky/clever" to need bonuses, but now you can LOSE and STILL be considered "lucky" or "too clever" by the casinos.

Casinos just can't accept that players CAN and DO sometimes actually WIN with a bonus, despite the ludicrous WR and cash out terms applied. They cannot expect EVERY player who takes a bonus to lose the lot. Surely casinos NEED at least SOME players bragging about their wins.

Look what happens when "everybody" starts saying "I never win at xxxx casino" - we get conspiracy theories that the games are rigged because common sense says that SOMETIMES luck favours the player, so surely there should be SOME winners.

The recent "run of never seeming to win any more" at RTG has erupted into a flaming conspiracy theory that RTG casinos have been cheating extensively, and even the most innocent revelation is taken as proof of wide scale cheating having been "busted".

A casino where nobody wins is a casino that nobody wants to go to. When winners are publicly dragged into the street and shot, or similar punishment, this ALSO creates a casino that people don't want to go to, because it MUST be cheating if they believe anybody who ends up winning has cheated THEM.

I agree totally that they were earned PRIOR to you being bonus banned. You absolutely have every right to them and to not give them to you is theft. You earned them already so anything AFTER this point I can see not giving you.

I think the real answer to your question is with RTG itself. I think when they bonusban a customer then it automatically will not let you redeem comps. This happened to me at Rushmore but I chatted with a rep who asked the manager and they told me to just send them an email and within a few hours the comps had been redeemed and put into my account. It is likely just an automatic feature of RTG software and you might have some luck with the rep here.

Good luck and check the T/C to see if there is game restrictions or playthru requirements with them as some rtg do hold you to that even for comps.

In general, online casinos have no clue as to real 'comps' and real 'bonuses'.

Comp points, even in an online casino, are EARNED. But they still treat them as bonuses, fraught with loopholes and WR and T&C and max cashouts... pffttt... I'm sick of it.

At any rate, my opinion is that those comp points are YOURS. But it seems casinos can (and will) do whatever they like, so all you can do is try to reason with them. If they don't budge, take your play elsewhere.

    Good luck.
