    Opinions needed in regards to slotsplus

    Mid month I made a deposit into slotsplus, now I never use bonuses at rtg casinos. The playthrough kills me. The computer I was using was a older one and burned out. Few days later i purchased a new computer, put back in all my casinos. I open up slots plus and i still have a balance of 27.50 left. So I start to play. I get my amount to over 500 and withdraw 400. Now i have noticed that they no longer support instadebit as a withdrawal option so i choose moneybookers. Over on the side states withdrawal amount 502.
    I had gotten a few emails from support plus saying moneybookers withdrawal denied.
    Now for days none of their support team would respond to my emails or my live chat. I even resent updated docs even though i have played and cashed out before. Today live chat answer my question.

    Your withdrawal has been denied as you still have 2680 of playthrough left.
    My response was, i never use bonuses and even if i did why would it not show playthrough amount left on the side of the cashier box. Now I tried for over a hour trying to get my account to show this bonus, nothing just my deposit. I lotg out and back in and check again and there it is on the 18th they added a bonus for me. My deposit was on the 17th.

    Question is why does it not show how much playthrough you have?
    Bad enough it use to take them 14 days to pay back to instadebit now they have removed this option. Not only that the fact of if this bonus was 27 dollars how did they come up with 3000 playthrough?

    I don't play at Main St Group anymore but maybe someone else here does and they'll have some input for you. But it seems a little shifty to me for them to give you a bonus without your knowledge and without showing any playthrough. Did they say if it also has a max cashout?

    I agree with chayton, I think I would consider asking Bryan/Max their opinions on the matter. Sneaky of them to add a bonus a day AFTER you deposited and played.

    after deposited was your balance just the amount of your deposit?

    Also when you check your "history" if there is no bonus listed after the deposit you made, then you didn't receive a bonus.

    RTG doesn't give bonuses after depositing unless you enter a bonus code, but be careful, sometimes you might have an old bonus still pending in the system because you claimed it but then never deposited, regardless the bonus would show in the history.

    If the casino gives you a free no deposit bonus for a "special reason" unrelated to a deposit, the amount would have shown in your account when you logged in and before even depositing.

    Ask them to show you proof that recieved a bonus and make sure befor you ask that you take a screen shot of your account history that shows no bonus.

    I stopped playing their because they allow quicktender deposits but not withdrawals to quicktender. They want to send checks or wiretransfers. Sorry, but I won't take a check from a casino anymore and I would rather Quicktender process my wire transfer.

    if you deposited with a credit or debit card in the past 6 months you can dispute your charges up to what they owe you if all else fails

    On the 17th I had deposited, while I was playing the computer was acting up so I had loggged off. Later that day the computer just stopped working.
    I never placed a bonus code in. I downloaded the casinos a few days later with this new computer. When I logged in there was a 27.50 balance. Now I play a few casinos at a time so I will have cash in there for a few days. I played this amount and then went to withdrawal. But they kept emailing me back that it was a moneybookers denial. Yesterday, live chat checks this for me and tells me there is still playthrough of over 2600. I hit account info and all i see is my deposit nothing more. On the side as I said no playthrough listed. Now with this computer is a different keyboard, i hit something and closed off live chat and the casino. When i got back in and checked again all it showed was my deposit.
    As I started to play I went back into my account and it showed on the 18 there was a bonus added.

    I would never of known there was even a bonus added if live chat had not of told me. I was still thinking that i was playing on my deposit.

    Have you tried contacting the casino rep and explaining this to them? If it shows in your account history you don't use bonuses, this should then stick out like a sore thumb. Also, doesn't RTG tell you in the history what promo was requested and denied/accepted?
