    Frustrating

Had an issue today that I want a vote on. Just can't believe that this casino can't get their story straight.

I made a w/d on a max cashout chip yest, this morning got an email saying the w/d was processed, then 45 mins later, that it had been rejected by qt.

The bonus was subtracted from the amount when the w/d was processed. So in affect, the w/d was complete, and the funds that were rejected by qt were returned to my account.

I went to live chat, asked if the restrictions on max cashout were now lifted, and the CSR said that no, there were no remaining cashout restrictions, and then they sighted a recent case that ensured them that this info was in line with casino policy. Basically the returned funds are a new deposit. At least that was/is my feeling and the CSR seemed in accordance with that opinion.

I played the money, lost it, and then minutes later, got an email saying I could play the money if I wanted, but the max cashout still applied.

    WTF?

I don't harbor ill will over the lost money, but the fact remains, if indeed there were still max cashout restrictions in place, there was no point in me playing the funds.

And I just think it is another in a line of slips from a place that should have their story straight.

I dont want a refund, I need no sympathy, and I don't care about anything save for their double talk. I want to know if you all think that there should have still been cashout restrictions? And if these restrictions were warranted by policy, after I was told what I was told, what should have happened?

I think they need to take responsibilty for their LYING CS agent who lead you to believe you were OK to play on & win, rather than place the blame on YOU as they seem to be implying.

Quite a few problems are caused because CS staff say one thing, and the player believes this since it has come direct from the casino as far as they are concerned. It is happening WAY too often to just be an "accident" that CS tell the player something that leads them straight into a trap when they act on it.

I also don't know what this tale of "QT rejected the withdrawal" is all about. Sounds like BS, since QT, as we know, is SPECIFICALLY set up to process casino & poker transactions, so it just doesn't make sense to REJECT such a transactions when it originates from one of their MERCHANTS, who I would expect QT to TRUST 100%.

The fact is the QT issue is a real one. My account there is de-activated at the moment...

I think casino management should have waived the max cashout because you were told that it no longer applied. Even if the CS didn't know what they were talking about, you asked and were told one thing - which is the only reason that you played.

lol...I know this wasn't iNetBet (live chat ) but if they have a rep here, I'd PM and ask them. Even if you didn't save a copy of the chat, they'll have it on the casino side. If what the CS said was true and the email was a mistake then it's just shoddy - but if the CS was wrong, then I think you should be compensated.

I can't answer this at this time, suffice to say, my qt acct was open when I went to bed last night, then closed for legitimate reasons, and then the casino w/d payment came thru and was rejected...

    Casino gives me another statement...

I think I am satisfied now. I guess. Except the back and forth is a little unsettling... As you know... I contacted CS at this casino, asked if the max cashout still applied, got NO for an answer.

    Then I got this email...

Which I replied to with an, "OMG that is the opposite of what I was told. There was no point in me playing that chip. This is B.S., get ur story straight bc if I had hit an RJ, there would be an issue a.t.m."

to which they waited 13 hours to reply, and came out with this...(Unnamed from same email addy but with no sig...)

I am yet to reply, but WTF?! I feel better bout the chip, but worse about their casino...I guess I got some closure, but did I? I mean, I just went through 15 emails and nary one is left sans signature... So today its one thing, tonight another, and tomo something else? Grrrrrrr!
