    English Harbour bites..(fallen from grace)

    I was playing English Harbour and made a few deposits back to back...I finally hit a bonus round on the same game after depositing $200 (in 4 deposits) back to back...What was the final results of this bonus round??? NOTHING! I then proceeded to continue playing and spent another few bucks to catch the bonus round again...and what did I get?? Um about 2x my bet....

    I then proceeded to ask EH through email , just what in the world is wrong with their game and they said nothing..and offered me a match bonus for all my deposits by email the next day...well..as you know I do not mingle my own funds with the casinos so I decided to accept this offer of the match play since I already lost my butt off and had nothing in my account..

    It turned out ok. Not great, but ok. Still believe they are a good casino, and I guess that was why I was so angry then and now a little let down on their resolution of the issue. Not exactly what they offered in their email, but hey, it still was a free chip, even if it was a tiny chip...

    Word of advice

    with english harbour group I have found it to work out quite well by NOT blocking deposit bonuses, thereby being able to take advantage of the 3 times per week each casino(minus Slots Galore) offers bonuses up to 100%.

    I love this group, in fact, I just won 6K on Beat the Bank on the "pick a safe", bonus round. Yahoo

    If you would have emailed them to "unblock your account" and then contacted support, you would have had no problem.

    This is virtually the only group I play at the moment as they process withdrawals 98% of the time within 48-72 hours to quicktender and my deposits last longer.

    Plus I like the games and the vip plan.

    Wtg on the 6 grand footdr! My play there the other day was fine really, I may be losing interest in the whole thing I'm afraid. The thrill just isn't there anymore at any of them. I find myself bored pretty quick and looking for something else to do while I'm playing the slot. That is kind of risky for me since I can't do 2 things at once.
