noone wants to know at 3dice

I have been a loyal member to 3dice for a few years now and the staff have always been very kind - when i win i gift people and sponsor tourneys which i love doing - i love being able to share with my good friends, however over the past while I have noticed that there is hardly any playime - i deposit at least 400 avergae per week but when the chips are down noone seems to want to know, I deposited over 700 from friday - 2 days ago - and am told that due to my % in last 30 days there is 'no room' to get any comp. Now maybe i am naive but I belive a casino can do whatsoever they wish. I am told i have x amount in bonuses, but bear in mind the CM wins and the loyalty bonuses are due the the money I have spent. I wasnt asking 3dice to give back fortunes, but just to be a bit sympathetic to my losses over the last few days instead of throwing figures at me and while they are probably making sense, all i see are the deposits constantly. I am not a high roller i play minimum bets and now and again maybe go up slightly so i cant understand how i cannot even get playtime. I dont mind losing a few bucks if i get a chance to play and have fun. I have emailed support and again i get back % and figures and even when i explain that i have played through a fortune from friday - it seems that doesnt matter. On a positive note the support staff have been brilliant to me and I know their hands are tied, but I feel I have no other option than to use this forum as noone else seems to want to listen to me

same here ! very little or no playtime, and the last time i asked for a comp i was also told no room for one ! I have also shared my winnings in the past sponsoring many tourneys ! Last night i had a little playtime but still not enough !! lol

To be honest I would have dreamed of leaving as I love the people here who have become my friends and the support staff who put up with me moaning lol but to be honest i dont think I would play at another one

So then why start the thread? If you feel like your aren't appreciated, but yet don't want to play at another casino?

Ohhh...it's the magical "friend" thing.

Trust me and other gamblers there are many many many other casinos to play at...especially if you are not from USA, and I see you are not.

I got that a few times as well. I would lose 300 or 400 in one nite and would ask support for a little charity......they would tell me sorry but your % over the past 30 days is too high for a comp. Even though I wasnt ahead over the past 30 days....but we as gamblers dont care about the last 30 days if we lose alot in one nite, right?

Anyways, I suggested to the support staff that it probably wasn't a good idea for me to play for the next 29 days. Then after 29 days I could go back and ask for a comp.....and my % over the past 30 will look like shit from that one crappy night and I would definately have room for that comp

...but my first recommendation would be 32red..Also when I was allowed to play at Playtech, I really enjoyed them, but I haven't played in so long I don't know who to recommend? Maybe there is some under the accredited list.

You are lucky being from UK...you have any choice of casinos. Why not just try a few small deposits at a few different places and see which one/s you like?
