They are correct, except that CS have failed to offer a proper explanation. The BS you have received from CS is why you feel the casino has screwed you over.

What they mean is that the RULES are the same as for the opening offer, NOT the two offers themselves.

Most MGS casinos have DIFFERENT rules for initial free chips, and the welcome bonus. Most MGS casinos do NOT permit this bonus sacrifice as an alternative to meeting WR for the welcome offers. Some DO allow it for regular players, but some do not.

Nowhere in the terms does it say you are allowed to withdraw and sacrifice the bonus rather than meet the 40x WR, you therefore MUST meet the 40x WR on the €15 that you won from the free spins.

The terms do NOT say you must deposit though, this again is down to the incompetence of CS, who have failed to research which offer you have actually claimed, and have simply (and wrongly) assumed you have taken the free PLAY offer (played in a separate flash based application in the lobby) rather than a free SPIN offer through an affiliate. The free PLAY offer DOES require a deposit in order to claim the winnings from the promotion, and this and the winnings are tied in to a 40x WR before anything can be withdrawn.

This idea that you could withdraw before meeting WR was foisted upon operators by Microgaming, who did NOT develop this bonus system for "real life". In practice, being able to withdraw before meeting WR is highly vulnerable to abuse, and has been thoroughly abused by advantage players in the past. Operators generally do NOT now permit new players to opt to withdraw after a big win, but require all playthrough to be completed.

Many casinos DO relax the rules for their loyal and VIP players, sometimes through reduced WR, different game weightings, or even by allowing withdrawal before meeting WR and losing any remaining bonus.

so in this case,the problem is absolutely customer service(their incompetence in explaining) and their promotion department (who created terms and conditions) .However they are still in same response that freespin promotion equals to freeplay offer when i contact with them.

how can we solve this problem?if i wager 15x30=450 euro,then am i able to cashout my winnings?

Firstly let me apologize as from what I've read this matter should have been resolved from day one by the support representative by merely carefully investigating and actually going through your account details.

There is two sides to this story.

One is the fact that you got freespins from an affiliate over and above the standard opening offer which is the Freeplay bonus plus additional 20 freespins on your first deposit.

The terms and conditions quoted are in relations to the sign-up offer and not the affiliates freespins promotion.

So in essence the freeplay and freespins terms as prescribed in this post does not apply to you reason being that you did not get the standard sign-up bonus but you got a special bonus or freespins which is a special deal with the affiliated site that referred you.

What however prohibits you of getting the funds is the following:

“Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion, no withdrawal will be honoured until a minimum purchase of 20 credits is made and the purchase and bonus are wagered in full.”

This is easy to remedy as all that is required from you is to make a minimum deposit of 20 and you can withdraw the full amount with your 20 that you deposited into the account.

Once you’ve done this, the withdrawal to the value of 224.00 plus the additional 20, will then be processed without any concerns and it will be sent to your preferred method as selected.

No need to worry about the wagering as there will be no bonus associated to the purchase and if this is not the case please feel free to contact support and request that the bonus is removed without question as long as you have not started to wager with it.

As stated originally this matter could and should have been resolved on your first attempt and not as where we are today.

Please accept my apology and the guilty parties will be dealt with accordingly.

Rather than being listed separately, this rule should be listed with the terms for EVERY promotion whereby a new player receives any kind of initial incentive to play before they have made a deposit. Since terms ARE quoted with an offer, players do NOT expect to have to go on a hunt for more "hidden" terms applicable to that offer on other parts of the website.

Affiliate links can sometimes take players directly to a download, rather than a home page, and I have seen some affiliate links that go to a "fake landing page" where the ONLY possible action, no matter where you click, is to download the software and register an account.
