    Unhappy rip off bonus

i have been a casino member on 32red for years and have had loads of fun and also lost lots, they ran a comp on world cup of slots free entry but you could buy in 999 times any way come the semi finals i was in third place or there abouts and started buying in at $25 ago,i ended up finishing second and winning $1500,then i started playing the slots after haveing some good wins and playing for hours i tried to make a withdrawal and was refused because i had not played bonus 30 times yes 30 times which meant i had to play a total of $45000 i.e. win and lose 4 jackpots o k it was in the terms which i did not read because normal rule on bonus is 10 times considering i bought in over 20 times i do not think it should be so high, sent them e-mail regarding 30 times was told passed on and i have still not heard 12 days later service falls short of expected, since that day i have not used there casino because of this,so beware of bonus on 32red it is very hard to cashin if you win.

Have you sent a PM to Pat? http://www.casinomeister.com/forums/members/path.html or Steve? http://www.casinomeister.com/forums/...eve-32red.html

I'm sure either of them can help you.

edit: did you play it all back? I guess the issue is moot if you did, but is still worth contacting them and letting them know about what happened.

IMO, winnings derived from a free tournament should NOT carry any WR's if you risked your own money in the process.

Transparency, as used in the humanities and in a social context more generally, implies openness, communication, and accountability. It is a metaphorical extension of the meaning a "transparent" object is one that can be seen through. ...

But did you PM those two 32Red rep's here that I posted links to? You might be in for a surprise. Be sure to let them know of the lack of support you've gotten from emailing support. I guarantee that they'll do something about it. They're not the type just to let things like this slide.

yes i have posted on both asking them to look into my gripe,so far no response will keep trying and will not play 32red until i get a response which after being a club rouge member for over 3 years i think they should at least have the decency to explain reasons why.

Did you take a bonus when depositing money to buy the buy-ins to the tournament?

Because as far as i'm aware there is no WR on Buy-in tournaments? I could be wrong as i have not played a tournament in over a year.

no i never took a bonus i just had the winnings from competion i wonder how the winner of the final comp went on because he would have won $5000 which would have meant he had to gamble it 30x=$150000 he would be playing forever,i have sent e-mail to 32red support asking about why i have still not heard from them after 10 days, you only realise how good customer service is when you need it,and at the moment it is very lacking.

i heard from 32red about my bonus issue thanks to pat harrison operations director, where he listed eveything about comps and bonuses he also apologised on behalf of 32 red about service and deposited some chips into my a/c with no playthrough rules attatched and also said they will look into tournements where you can buyin with regards to playthrough rules.
i still think 30x is excessive but we can only wait and see if they listen to there customers, and till such time i will not be buying into anymore tournements.
you can see e-mail on pat harrisons page if you wish to comment.
once again thanks to pat and everyone else who viewed and left comments thank you all.
    steve
