I believe this issue could have been handled more flexibly ie emailing the code to Gambler777. Nevertheless, if the promo can be extended it's still alright.

Quite, why didn't support do this SIMPLE thing, but ended up engaging in a lengthy and futile process that was still not fixed when the promotion expired. Now InetBet has to think of solutions such as extending the promo for an extra day, perhaps losing a player, and all for the lack of a SIMPLE support action. What the hell is customer support for anyway, surely, for occurrences like this.
