I'm playing around with free chips and clicked on KK's site on a $38 promotion at Vegas Sky Casino. Their site says the promotion could easily be claimed in the Cashier-section. After signing up, no free chip to be found.

So I contacted Live Support:

me: Too bad it wasn't mentioned; there was no way of knowing that The Netherlands is an abusing region. No other casino's qualified this country this way before. But thanks.

12. The management reserves the right to disqualify certain countries or individual players from promotional offers. Promotional offers via email, telephone or mail are extended only to the player whom the correspondence is addressed.

So apparently, The Netherlands is dangerous since...ehmm...now? Because no other casino excludes this country in their terms.

Quite, they deserve nothing more. If they are going to change rules without making them available in the Terms and Conditions, what is to stop them making another nasty but unwritten rule change if you win.

Since they don't appreciate players from your region, you will have to find a casino that does.


This problem often happens with offers on affiliate websites, where generally available offers may not apply in all cases. However good this affiliate was, they could not have added this information to their site since it did not appear in the terms and conditions of the casino. A poor affiliate wouldn't even bother looking.
