I would log back in again and see if they have changed your paytable since your conversation with them

Really interesting paytable... Even with 1-4 coins bet it gives 145,5858% return and with 5 coins bet (as on the screenshot above) it gives 288,6322% returnCould anyone compute the estimated return on a paytable that pays 4000 coins for 4oak?
It has to be a mistake, but if it's not, I'd play this game for the whole day

Anyone notice "Shock Wave Mode"? Probably triggered by the 4oak or something, I guess that is the confusing element here. Some sort of bonus round.

Did you hit that during the Shockwave mode? So does the 10/10 mean that it was on your last Shockwave round or that it was just going to start?

My guess is those four Jacks triggered the "Shockwave" mode.

Shockwave mode is initiated by the formation of Four of a Kind. Shockwave mode begins with the next play and lasts for ten plays or until you get another Four of a Kind, whichever happens first.
During Shockwave mode the counter for games played in this mode is displayed on the screen. Once Shockwave mode ends, the counter disappears.
When getting "quads" (Four of a Kind hand) during Shockwave mode, a player is paid at a bonus rate.
