This casino are a joke !

Take a look this text below are the mail i have sent them , 2-3 times ofcorse no respond have talke to live chat they dont care BETFRED are a joke and i dont understund how casinomeister can list this casino on Accredited Casinos not good at al how many other casino listed at Accredited Casinos are like BETFRED ? My advice are remove BETFRED from Accredited Casinos they should not be on this list !

Actually, from the figures that you have provided, the amount in your account should be around 1695Skr provided you havent started betting yet. You received three 50% match bonuses on your total deposits of 1130. So I am a bit baffled as to why you are stating that the correct amount should be 2273.79 or were you confused by your own maths. The 624.3 deficit you claim is missing is much nearer the mark though if you only have 1021.99 in your account.

You could try to get hold of the forum rep under the handle of Betfred by sending him a pm He visited this forum just 3 days ago. From my experience, they are very responsive and bonus issues are tackled in a fair and honest way.

It seems like some kind of mix-up here - sometimes this happens when the webpage hasnt been refreshed. Im sure someone from the casino will be able to sort it out here.

What annoys me though is people using thread titles like "Stay away from BetFred" or "XYZCasino are crooks" etc etc when they dont even know what happened yet! Even worse, they are accredited which means they should be shown a little more courtesy IMO.

Can one of the Mods please change the title?

Also, it seems like you have deposited three times in a row and claimed a bonus on each one - are you saying you didnt play each deposit to zero before you claimed another bonus? Just about every casino I know doesnt allow more than one bonus at a time. Would be good if you cleared this point up.

You dont have to put a ! after every sentence - it looks like you are yelling at everyone.

Playtech usually have sticky bonuses so maybe that has something to do with this?? Have you checked the cashier for all your transactions? It must show where the extra money went.

Nifty and I just want to provide assistance and a bit of advice. Meanwhile, courtesy is a 2-way thing. If you extend it to others, you can expect the same from them. Dont just go raving mad when you are being asked a couple of questions. You are here to request help to solve a bonus issue. I am sure this will be resolved satisfactorily. However, dont simply cry for removal of the casino from the accredited list just because you want to get your way. For a start, you should really start presenting things in a clearer manner.

I can see that right below the Game Menu, it shows current balance as SEK2,273.79. Maybe you are looking in the wrong place?

Betfred has a rep here and I suggest you send them a "nice" personal message.

The correct(best way to get things solved) way to go with accredited casinos/sportsbooks are to contact their rep first.
