I've heard of it happening at a few RTG's, and I told Inet support that, too... was still being told it was me not allowing a spin to finish before leaving a game. I should have sent them a screenshot of my balance at zero and the reels not moving, but I doubt if that would have even worked, lol.

It really bothers me how it's ALWAYS the customers fault, heaven forbid a casino admit there's a bug in the software. Funny thing is, if they wouldn't have tried to make me feel like an idiot and had just admitted it and fixed it for me, and said feel free to contact us anytime and we'll reset it for you, I wouldn't have uninstalled. Oh well. They don't take my usual deposit method anyways, but now Jackpot Capital does! I know where I'll be playing from now on.

There WAS a definite bug with RTG that was supposedly fixed, BUT this issue can ALSO occur when an unresolved game is in the system. The problem is WHAT game, there are HUNDREDS!!

RTG casinos have also REMOVED many games in the past, and IF the unresolved game is in one of these, YOU ARE SCREWED, because you CANNOT go back to it & check, and let the game complete.

The unresolved game issue ocurs because of disconnects. You may be disconnected seeing the reels at rest, but there may be a NEXT spin that has been played by your request, but not displayed by the software. When you connect later, you might play a different game, and forget all about the game you were playing when disconnected.

Surely support can tell you WHICH game in the system is causing the problem.

I had a similar problem at iNetBet and one of the slots. When I entered it, it said I was in the middle of the pick bonus, but when I picked a selection, I got an error, the server was NOT expecting me to be in a bonus game!!!!!! I simply could not play that game at all - it was stuck. This was CLEARLY a bug in the system, and probably would have created issues with the playthrough counter not resetting on a zero balance.

The only way to prove there is NOm incomplete game (or error) in the system is to open every single game, and ensure it is idle, and not awaiting completion. Only then can you PROVE it is a bug, and not an unresolved game as claimed by support.

I am sure this is completely possible, there's been many disconnects in my gaming experience. It is just not worth my time going through all the games to find out which one is the problem. I understand the Inet is reputable, and a good casino overall. I just don't like some of the responses I've gotten from them, and the fact that they are banning people for taking bonuses that they offer. I almost never deposit at RTG's without a bonus. They are too tight and my bankroll is too small. For the most part, having a bonus has KEPT me from cashing out far more often than it has produced cashouts, which you'd think casino's would be happy about. Why bother going through each and every game when I know I'll just be bonus banned in the near future anyways...
