Intertops - HALLOWEEN promo

I am having an issue with intertops and their HALLOWEEN promo. I am being told that the redeem coupon page stated a max cash out of 500. I do not remember the redeem page having this max cash out and it was no where to be found in the terms. If anyone has a screen shot of the redeem page or was able to cash out more then 500 from this promotion, can you please post me a screen shot or PM me? The max cash out issue has cost me $1000.

500 seems a seriously low max. cashout amount. Most max. cashouts in the low hundreds are usually ND chips.
What was the promotion deal?

I'd hold off on posting about this at the moment since we are still looking into this. The casino already responded back:

...The player was informed about the restrictions of this coupon (including maximum withdrawal) after entering the coupon in the "Redeem Coupon"section...

We are in the midst of finding out how this was done. My suggestion would be to let the PAB take it's course. Thanks!

This is in the midst of a PAB but I dont not have a screen shot of the redeem coupon page. I am trying to find out if anyone did have a screen shot of it(either for or against me) or if anyone was able to cash out for more then 500 I was told.

I know the max cashouts on the $50 ND chips is $250. I won one of these a while back and it clearly stated 5X max withdrawal. Intertops has really gone down the tubes since they downgraded to RTG. I know there is Royal Joker but it just isnt the same for me for some reason, maybe being totally cut off from MG bonuses.
