Welcome to Casinomeister, and to online gambling.

It's your obligation to understand all the Terms & Conditions (known as T&C's) prior to risking your money or playing any ND free chip.
Would help if there was a lawyer in your family.

Make sure you check CM's list of accredited casinos (where you want to play) and be certain to study the rogue list (where you should never play.)

In addition online gaming has like a four for one thrill.
    1) First the thrill of thinking you won.
    2) The anxiety thrill of finding out you did something wrong.
    3) The thrill of confirmation you eventually do in fact win.
    4) The thrill of if and when you do in fact get paid.

ps. personal documentation confirmation is an added bonus thrill not mentioned above...

Jackpot City is part of the Bellerock group, a reputable bunch of casinos. They have a rep you can contact here at CM. http://www.casinomeister.com/forums/...bellerock.html. Use the contact tab to send a private message to them with your real name and account number.

Jackpot City will not "rip you off". But if you broke the terms of the promotion, you may not be entitled to your winnings.

Before playing further with the returned funds, I would wait to be contacted by them again, or try the rep here.

I try to have all my dealings with casinos by either email or via livechat, so that you have a record of the conversations.

Now take a deep breath and try not to panic. Wait for an explanation from the casino on what further play you require. On most bonuses you have to have NO funds left in the bonus account in order to withdraw.

Jaybobster, usually casinos require Government Issued photo identification. If you have such ID, I suggest that you contact support again. An email of such identification (and a scan of same) will definitely be much cheaper for you than getting your birth certificate certified.
