    Not #1 in my book!

You guys recommended CLUB WORLD CASINO. Well, it's not on my best seller list right now.
I registered with them and over the past 2 days have deposited $300.00, claiming a coupon 2x. When I asked for a free chip I was told because I had used a coupon I couldn't get any free chip!
PLUS tonight I deposited (part of my $300) $200..know what the payout had to be?
    OVER $7,000.00
That's crazy in my book, I certainly won't be going back to see them.

Sorry your luck was not the greatest. CW is a good casino by all standards as far as customer service, quick payouts etc.

As far as a free chip, that is up to the casino. I have asked and sometimes I get one and sometimes not and I have played there for years.

If you are taking a deposit bonus then you agree to the playthru terms. If you don't want to have to make a big playthru, then your best bet is play without a bonus.

The payout had to be over $7,000 or $7,000 in wager requirements? Because a $7,000 payout is big, but the same in wagering is very possible.

I have played at CWC for many years and always found them to be fair, responsive and generous with comps/freebies. Sorry you had a bad run.

    OOPPS!

In regard to my other post I used the wrong term. I didn't mean PAYOUT..I meant PLAY THROUGH!

I doubt any casino other than a rogue would give anyone a free chip for dropping $300 after accepting 2x bonus coupons.

In the big picture $300 is considered low roller standards. If you expect free chips, I'd suggest dropping $2K + a week.

To say CWC is not a good casino because they wouldn't give you a free chip is ludicrous IMHO.

    Cheers

    Dave

If the casino is compelled to give out a free chip to a player who deposits $300 I think they'd rather be #2. I also ask casinos for free chips when I encounter several brutal sessions in succession or when after depositing many times during the year they did not even give me a birthday chip. If they dont treasure my patronage, most of the time I would ask for my account to be closed. I deposited more than 30 times at Lion Slots but they thought that wasnt enough for me to be automatically included in the birthday free chip list so I closed my account.

I know I am spoiled but in the long run they stand to lose more than me. However, I reiterate that it is probably be too much to expect a freebie from a casino before they have even established you as a loyal player.

Ummm...they gave you 2 bonuses already.....

Why would you ask for a free chip after that? I dont know of any casino that would give out a freebie in that situation. You have to remember that the casino isnt a charity and its not about giving you every chance to win....its about their bottom line and if they keep giving out freebies to everyone who loses after already taking a bonus they will go out of business.

If you hate playthrough, either 1) check the terms before you deposit or 2) dont take a bonus. Don't complain about the wagering after you chose to take the bonus!

I have to agree with Bryan, they are a top notch casino, you just have to be aware of the t/c when taking a bonus................laurie

As far as the evaluation of the bonuses of Club World is concerned, I also agree with that their bonuses are not very good regarding the terms. At least this is my personal opinion. The wagering requirement is too high, the reload bonuses are too less. Moreover the bonuses are not cashable, that wouldn't be a problem for me anyway, however along with the features I mentioned it becomes that. And mostly table games are excluded from the reloads, or in case not, the match percentage is too low again. Moreover I am very unsuccesful with their slots. I usually play Fruit Frenzy, and I play here occasionally for 3 years now, but during this long time I hardly hit a bonus round in that game, however usually it is the only game I play at RTGs. I wonder if it is also because of the reduced RTP rate that is being mentioned at other threads recently at Casinomeister.
