Casino Titans Unusual Bonus Rule - Be Aware

Well for the first time ever Ive been bitten by the "you played the wrong thing" rule, and have lost a nice cashout because of it.

I have never struck this at any RTG I have played at, and the reason for this post as much as anything else is to make others aware, I know there is a lot of you that play these particular slots.

Casinotitan do not allow play on "progressive slots" eg shopping spree, jackpot pinyata, etc, when using bonus.

I know, clubworld, Jackpot Capital, Rushmore Group, and Buzzluck, dont have this rule. I never for a minute thought Titan would either.

But you learn from your mistakes, allbeit an expensive one

When you use a bonus allowed slots can be viewed in the coupon details tab. I always makesure I check that.

Good advice Sparkles. This rule has been around for a long time, and it can still catch people unaware. There is another thread running (the confiscated 45k one) that describes almost EXACTLY the same problem as yours. The only difference is the guy played some blackjack. Like yourself he had inadvertantly broken the rules because he didn't read the T&C's, but that player won a jackpot. So in your case it is just as well you only lost out on the cashout and not a jackpot from one of those progressives.

Well this is even more simple than that thread. This one was where the player did play just slots. Yet got flagged because they played network progressive slots vs just local in house ones. So yes I will agree that catch is a bit on the odd ball side. Considering that coupon is good for slots yet you can't played Jackpot Cleopatra's Gold, Jackpot Pinantas, Shopping Spree, Shopping Spree II, and a few others.

Why in the world would any casino care if you play progressives or not when you're on a bonus? As stated, it's a network-wide progressive and not in-house, so it's not like they're going to be out of pocket any money if you hit one.

In fact, they should be encouraging players to take a shot at the progressives. If they happen to win one at their casino, then they're going to get a ton of free PR from it.

Transparency, as used in the humanities and in a social context more generally, implies openness, communication, and accountability. It is a metaphorical extension of the meaning a "transparent" object is one that can be seen through. ...

I agree, I think it's the silliest rule anyways. In fact when I'm up I personally like to take a shot at the network progressives. Just giving myself that extra chance anyways. I don't see where titans advantage is by disallowing network progressive games anyways. I think it's only hurting them in the end anyways. They must have some sort of insider info that we don't know about why these games are a major no no compared to others.

I dont see where you are coming from! If the terms clearly states that, thats a term you agree to.

PR is not the issue many casinos seem to care about

@sparkles , This is a brilliant example where recently a user mentioned, the casinos should allow you to withdraw, but only you have wagered an extra 100 x the bonus. Its a mistake! We all make mistakes, even regular depositors!

I wasn't challenging whether or not they had that rule, I was wondering why in the world they have it.

They should....if they want players to keep coming in

I imagine then that that would also include the new games such as "Naughty or Nice", "Santa Strikes Back", "Triple Twister", etc. As all of these are deemed and stated to be "Progressive Jackpots" and not Random Jackpots!

I think the casino needs to be more clear in their bonus coupons by actually listing the dis-allowed games since there are, I would imagine a lot of players that think those three new games that I just listed there are simply Random Jackpot games, which they are not according to the rules page attached to those games.
