No idea why they just don't give a darn about PR. I for one, havent even opebned an account with casino Titan, but won't be either. I think a casino that dont care, are not one to play with

I imagine then that that would also include the new games such as "Naughty or Nice", "Santa Strikes Back", "Triple Twister", etc. As all of these are deemed and stated to be "Progressive Jackpots" and not Random Jackpots!

I think the casino needs to be more clear in their bonus coupons by actually listing the dis-allowed games since there are, I would imagine a lot of players that think those three new games that I just listed there are simply Random Jackpot games, which they are not according to the rules page attached to those games.

I think you are missing something completely there. If they do have their terms "crystal clear" then they would have no reason to cancel the players cashout for ambiguous terms

What they should do, state the slots that are disallowed from bonus, because triple twister for example seems like progressive , when in fact it is a random jackpot game.

If u choose Progressive games, triple twister is not under there, however Shopping Spee is..
I dont even think Rudolphs revenge is listed under progressives, but I might be wrong..

When you use a bonus allowed slots can be viewed in the coupon details tab. I always makesure I check that.

Well that's not a certainty at TITAN.
I won on a $10 from a forum I'm a member off.
There was a link on there to the T&C's wich not mentioned the progressive rule.
Also when I redeemed the coupon.
No mention of progressives not allowed.
I got it all in screen shot.
The forum owner showed them the proof.
They admitted.
And I got another $10 free. LOL!
My withdrawl was cancelled.
All T&C's got changed after that.
As I saw some nice postings about them on casinomeister I decided to give them another go.
Won some lost some.
But on all winnings with bonus coupons the bonus was deducted.
But then I got a manager bonus.
Won 500 bucks.
Cashed it!
Only got 100 bucks.
That was the max. cashout (nowhere to be found in the e-mail!But yes probably in the T&C's)
After that I send them an e-mail about me not returning. cahat personal is very nice, but the rules keep screwing me.
They send me back that it was the management who decides this not them.
And they would see me soon.

Well I proved them wrong.
They won't see me back there! Gave them a chance with my last e-mail. But guess they rather see me leave.

Just wanna say......Watch it people! Don't get dissapointed by them!

I made a lotttttt of losing deposits at Titan, Im not sure why I stuck with them for so long anyway, this was most likely the best thing that could have happened to me at titan, what I lost in this cashout, would have been far less than what I would have lost depositing since, had I have stayed with the site.

Where as there support staff are great, they also should be well aware of this rule, as they told me when I realised the playthrough had not moved, that it wouldnt be an issue.

It made no sense to me either, however onwards and upwards,

You can't cashout customer service and this is all they have going for them! This is of course my feelings from my experience!
