Not sure if this is really a complaint, just strange I guess

Howdy All,
I had an odd thing tonight at INETBET. I clicked on the 12 days of Christmas Promotion. It expires tomorrow for the first set of 4 coupons.

Upon clicking the Four Calling Birds icon, I got a pop up with a code for " A free $9 shopping spree. The rules for these coupons basically states you must have deposited within last 6 months, and of course the playthru and max cash out amounts. This coupon was for Shopping Spree or Mister Money games only. So far pretty standard..however, when I redeemed the coupon, the 20times wagering requirement was for $9 thus it was $180.
however the amount put into my account was only $5 ??? (which at 20X would be $100, just for the record)

Has anyone else had this happen? I am contacting them , and knowing Inetbet, they are always very nice to me, so I imagine it must be some sort of software thingy! I just wondered if anyone else had this happen. LOL

I will update the thred when I find out more

UPDATE: Inetbet fixed the problem and issued the remainder of the bonus within 5 mins of my email! dont you just love their fast replys?

I to deposit regularly at iNetBet I e mailed them and made them aware that alot of members were claiming this code and ONLY getting $5 into their accounts and not $9 as stated in their own PROMO

So had I not read your post and am a regular depositor almost every other day I love iNetBet and really felt Bad for them and their advertising mistake. Silcnlayc I was thinking the same thing. I had never played those games and when I saw the amount you had to bet I went back to Mister Money..got the balance up to 61 but didn't have enough to cash out after meeting wr so continued to play til I busted out. I guess this bonus was to get people to try out those games.

Yes you are correct that was the idea.
These slots are also themed towards shopping so we thought that would be quite apt with it being a Christmas promotion.
