INetBet (What in the world is going on!)

INetBet was down most of the day. When I finally was able to log on I clicked on the promotions icon from with in the casino itself at the top. You will not believe what happen. Another window popped up saying it was an attack site! I wrote to Inetbet and sent a print screen of it. Not heard back yet they are still working on the site. How scary is that!

Just got in, it's back to the way it was before the latest update, and the way I wish it would stay.

Update on situation - Where's the Miester!

The casino shell is now updated and working. However, I am so disappointed in them. I have been playing at INetBet since 2002. I now have been informed that they are no longer sending one free withdraw check to customers of the US. That means you have to go through a hassle of a 3rd party and pay a fee. I also am upset that I understand other casino's that give bonuses and you actually meet requirements and can cash out will allow you to withdraw and redeposit with out a problem if it a small amount. I only won $50 from a bonus and they are making me take it out of the casino instead of simply redepositing it back as courtesy to me. Gee all the money I have spent after 8 years playing there I feel like crap! I also feel like the Casino Miester doesn't read these and I simply give up on that casino.
I know for a fact other players have had small withdraws redeposited and this really is a pain! Oh, but my Credit Card is always good!

    Hi Everyone,

    Apologies for the recent downtime.
We had some hardware issues that needed to be addressed. This was both unscheduled and unavoidable.

Sazy in regards to your queries - checks to US clients have not been an option some time now. This is not something new we have introduced just for you.
As to cancelling a withdrawal and treating this as a deposit that has never been an option with us. I am unsure as to which other players you think may have had this done for them but it is not the case.

    Best Regards

    In response to INetBet's comments

    Hi,
I understand you were down today that is over no problem. However, I don't believe I said Your casino specifically but there are comments in regards to transactions where the amount from a bonus withdraw was small enough that some casino's have actually redeposited the money for thier players. I am not going to get into it over $50 but if really is frustrating for a US player to win $50 only to replay it anyway because it costs $30 to get it to my bank through your withdraw options of quicktender and usemywallet. Thought maybe you would you would save me the trouble as a player and redeposit for me. If you can't you can't. Maybe you don't understand that it is not about the money it is about the service. If I only spent $300 recently is that not enough to do something nice for me? Or how about all the money I spent since 2002? That is what makes a player happy is just doing something nice for them. And if it is against policy than maybe you should change that for the payers that are loyal. That is all I have to say.

I think you both are a tad confused here
    the casino does reverse withdrawels
but they do not classify it as a deposit as to where you can claim a bonus

as for stating what you have deposited since 2002 that is your doing your choice not the casino's

    Good Luck

    Re: Cindy's comment

Thank you for your reply however, it's not that big of a deal it is simply that it is a pain to man-over small amounts of money and being US makes it harder now I didn't now about the new rules regarding once a month you can withdraw by check free because on thier site it doesn't discludes US players on that. Being now that I have all the options straight I know what we can and can't do. As your referring to my choice of depositing $300 there since 2002 was not accurate. Just to clarify, I have been depositing and playing there since 2002. The $300 deposits were within the last 2 months. So basically no matter how loyal you are they can not do you a favor and make it easier on the player and just redeposit a small amount because it is not thier policy and that is the rules.
I am not upset at INetBet but disappointed that people go that stretch to play and be loyal and is feels ridiculous that something can't be so simple that's all.
It is the our government's fault that US players are being run by them and it is our money so our choices are limited.
