I think they are moving offices or something, which may be the cause of the problems

I have heard they have been sold to a new owner, but are still operating as normal.
I play at the casino, and although there have been some changes (improvements so they say), I have found everything works as it should. Deposits & bonuses working, and payments arriving on time.

The ONLY thing I have noticed of significance is that Clinton Katts seems not to have been around for a while. He often sent out VIP special challenges, such as wager races against targets to win free spins, but now all I see are the standard capped deposit bonuses, usually 20%, and max of 200 credits, as per standard bonus rules.

Whether any of this should concern us depends upon these new owners, if it is as clear cut as this, as they may have a different business philosophy to that of the old team.

Some while ago, Kiwi casino was sold due to legal issues, and moved from being run by a New Zealand group, regulated in New Zealand, to new owners based somewhere in the Phillipines. The change of business philosophy from that of the old owners moved the group from Accredited to Not Recommended, mainly due to a sharp increase in complaints from players, who were only playing in the same manner as before, and expected the same levels of service, and standards of practice, from the casino as before.

If they are moving offices, and servers, this will sometimes lead to temporary glitches, such as links not working properly, and websites being down. I have experienced glitches due to them redesigning (improving) their banking pages. I can no longer deposit directly by credit card, as they have changed processor, and now Moneybookers handles all their card deposits as a third party, rather than it going "direct" through a dedicated VISA processor. This is hardly an improvement, since the Moneybookers route no longer supports "Verified by VISA", and Moneybookers will NOT act simply as a "regular" card processor (i.e, behind the scenes and invisible to the player), they want THEIR OWN COPY of your personal information, and you have to create an extra password for THEIR systems, and agree to THEIR additional terms, something I have NEVER seen when making credit card deposits at ANY other casino, which has been between me and my card company, with the casino being the merchant.

    Hi Guys,

    Haven't gone bust

Vinyl is right though, we have been doing quite a bit of moving around, (physically), as we have new offices.

Management has changed, but we are still the same team running the casino, so there are no drastic changes to be concerned about.

Any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to PM me.

PS. IASBet was our sister brand (an Australian facing Racebook), but was recently sold.

    Regards
    Schalk

Has canbet NOT been sold then, just the sister brand?

I often received VIP offers from Clinton Katts, but he seems to have vanished, has he gone in these management changes?

Once this move is completed, are any changes planned by the new management, such as changing long standing promotional formats, or terms and conditions?

    Hi Vinyl,

Canbet has been sold, but retains the staff and management team that ran the brand before the sale.

Clinton is still with us too. I will ask him to get in touch with you.

There are no plans to change the terms and conditions or promotional formats at this time (that I know of).

    Regards
    Schalk

    Has Bryan been informed?

Some of the information in the accredited section might no longer be true for the new owners.
