I don't remember, does it actually say on the promotional mail whether it's only available on ONE of your Belle Rock accounts?
Wasn't about an email at all. One day I logged into River Belle, saw the offer, deposited and claimed the bonus. The next day + a few hours later I logged into Jackpot City and repeated the above sequence of events, everything being the same right up to and including the "Thank-you for entering" after checking the boxes and clicking "claim." Only thing different the second time was that the email afterwords informed me that my bonus would not be forthcoming because all promotions were spread across all sites and that I was basically assed-out. I'm certain that in their terms it's all spelled out. The genius of their deception is that the traps they set don't cause the victims to look up any terms. Why would anyone look at the terms about an obviously active promo offer? The SCUM!

Belle Rock Entertainment Group Ltd's lame excuse was that the lingering bonus traps (my term, not theirs) were there as "reminders in case I hadn't already claimed the bonus." So why wasn't the word "reminder" used in any of the language around the fake bonus snares (my nomenclature, again)?
Cuz then I might not have been TRAPPED!! That's what I think.

I back-checked and often I have received emails about the bonuses even after I've claimed them to the max and NEVER is "reminder" used. Apparently, The BRE support staff are only trained to use the word "reminder" as a defense. All of Belle Rock's bogus promotional email and on site fanfare about bonuses that are no longer valid are phrased as if the expired bonus were still "live."

If it wasn't an email that's even worse. There's absolutely no way they can't program the system to check if you qualify for a bonus before making a deposit. Even across casinos. Obviously they're able to check manually to see if you qualify and not give you the bonus. The system can do it automatically.

    Hello everybody,

I have been reading this thread and would like to, first of all, thank you for your concerns and valuable feedback.

As an account manager at Referback, the affiliate program of Belle Rock Entertainment, I have discussed these with the relevant people at the casinos.

They have agreed that you have raised valid points and you will soon see a change in the emails that you receive with regards to bonuses. In the near future, these emails will include the casinos that are part of Belle Rock Entertainment amongst other information.

They recognized that, although the above is already in their terms and conditions, adding it to the emails will clarify the situation.

    Have a nice day!

The emails were never a factor in my having deposited in the second Belle Rock site and claiming a bonus which had already been used up. Emails have nothing to do with the problem and changing the wording in emails wont solve anything and Belle Bock Entertainment knows it.

If a match deposit promo is claimed by a player and maxed out at one site, that player should not be offered that same promo at the next site he or she logs into. I never read any emails. Not before depositing and claiming the bonus at River Belle nor repeating the same, based on what was being offered to me, after logging in at Jackpot city.

Altering the wording in emails will do nothing to reduce the effectiveness of the traps that Belle Rock Entertainment has so deviously set for unsuspecting players!
