Why do online (RTG) casinos ban people from promiotions? I used to be able to redeeme but now many are telling me i no longer qualify. What is the parameters that make me inillegible?

Propably too many taken, without deposits in between with no bonus, especially if you have cashed out on them.

Too many taken? Cherry Red has so many weekend codes. If they are going to limit bonus codes then why offer so many each week?

    Lightbulb

i don't think, that he means ND bonuses, because the weekend bonuses from cherry red and the rest of the rushmore group, are all deposit bonuses

If you win overall, you may get bonus banned. I am bonus banned at Club World for an overall lifetime win on my account. These are DEPOSIT related bonuses, and the RTG platform was designed SPECIFICALLY for operators to use high bonuses to attract deposits, which is why the highest bonuses tend to come from RTG casinos.

I have been bonus banned from quite a few MGS casinos too, and there is a VERY STRONG correlation between this, and me having an overall lifetime win on my account. This is far more than "co-incidence" would suggest, and I have certainly not been "abusing" bonuses by looking for loopholes in the rules, such as "abusive" bets on games that "do not count" as a means to double or bust my starting bankroll.

In many cases, my play has been primarily on SLOTS, yet despite this, I get bonus banned for an overall win, even if not on the FIRST occasion my account goes into the black.

The parameters use must be more complicated than SIMPLY an overall win, it must include an element of whether the luck involved has been above some limit, and some of my bonus bans have followed a second, or even third, lucky run into the black, or further into the black.

Some casinos however, appear NOT to bonus ban players for winning, obvious examples in my experience are 32Red and Jackpot Factory, who probably require an element of "abuse" in bonus play before they issue a bonus ban.

Casinos do not LIKE admitting that they will bonus ban players simply for being "lucky" over a medium to long term, so will often give evasive answers, or even outright lie to you.

I was outright lied to by one group, who pretended they weren't running their usual promo that week. When I proved this wrong (it was in the lobby) they said it was my spam filter. When I said I had none, they then found a "technical error" caused it not to be sent, and I got them back. No sooner had I cashed out again, the "technical error" reappeared, and I drew the rep out here in a thread, who alluded to it being due to my account being "unprofitable" if I continued to receive the bonuses, and the luck, as I was, at the time, £5000 UP
I was STILL receiving offers at their sister site, and eventually hit £5000 UP there too, and as expected, the offers ceased overnight

What I don't understand is why the RTG casinos give so many bonusses if you are not allowed to use it.
In my case I still get the promotional emails which I cant use

It happens all the time. I was never really successful with Club World but when Lucky Red opened I took the 400% bonus just to try them out. Played for two days...got down to $50 and played Aztec Millions and hit $1200 (4 ladies something)...$825 on T-Rex and at $5 a spin on Crystal Waters another $2000. Played a little more and cashed out about $4000...they took their bonus back and I haven't heard from them since. They are all the same IMO

I got the old bonus ban at Go Wild a while back, probably for being "too lucky" on the slots.

Every month or so, I drop £500 with NO bonus, to see if there is any truth in the "show loyalty without bonuses" argument.

I think not, but I just dropped them the November £500........

....and withdrew £2000, no bonus, no WR, and can play ANY GAME. My big wins were on VP and Table Poker.

Looks like I will be bonus banned there for some time to come

I can at least see whether they STILL pay as fast for their "far too lucky for a bonus" players. Should be seeing it tomorrow if they do.
