Also I had this problem at iNet bet. I am bonus banned. Once I received a letter informing me. Heh... ridiculous.

    Hi everyone,

Bencuri, If you are going to post you might want to say why you were excluded from promotions.

In the past 18 months you made 2 small deposited (on which deposit bonuses were applied) but you also claimed around 15 free chips. We explained to you that this was not the purpose of our chips. They are there to reward regular depositors and that should you start depositing again we would gladly remove the restriction.

This is the same for any player that may be told they are excluded from bonuses.

If players only deposit using a 100% bonus or more it simply is not viable for us. Misuse of the bonus program seriously effects our ability to reward our regular players.

We do not expect solely bonus advantage play. We ask that promotions be used as intended i.e to supplement, not to be the mainstay, of play.

If an exclusion is applied this is not permanent. Should we see some sustain non bonus play then we are glad to remove any restrictions.

I hope that this clarifies a few point for you.

    Best Regards

Not entirely, the RTG model is based on the concept of "you never need deposit without a bonus". Players of RTG casinos therefore EXPECT a bonus on every deposit.

Offering 100% on every deposit does NOT necessarily mean you have to lose money, you simply have to do the maths, and set appropriate terms for EVERY bonus on offer.

iNetBet is unusual for an RTG, in that the bonuses are CASHABLE. This DOES make a difference when calculating the correct WR to apply.

Low rollers may deposit only with one of the coupons simply because there are MORE coupons on offer than the funds they have available for playing online, so it only makes sense to use the coupons up first, and THEN perhaps deposit some more.

Other players have posted of experiences that do NOT fit with this reply, such as making MANY deposits without a bonus, yet STILL getting the bonus ban, others meanwhile, ONLY play with the bonuses, yet are NOT subject to a bonus ban. There is clearly more to this than is being admitted by operators.

In my case I still get the promotional emails which I cant use

Continuing to email you offers for which you may or may not be eligible, filling your inbox with more crap you don't need, is FREE!

Purging the email address of a "bonus-banned" individual from promotional mailing lists, which may include tens of thousands of email addresses, apparantly, is not.

Sometimes, it seems the ONLY way to stop receiving these emails is to close your account, and even this fails sometimes.

It seems there is simply no system in place to handle a "bonus banned" player in a courteous manner. It is therefore no wonder that "bonus banned" players feel slighted and "second class", as though they have done something wrong, but the casino can't pluck up the courage to ask them to leave. It's a bit like being at a party where everyone is making you feel unwelcome, but no-one has the b***s to tell you to your face.

Well, it is true what you say. I checked your terms now. I didn't notice you have a 'how many times can be used' regulation for free chips. I see now you have. The only problem you placed it to the last line of your rules page in small letters. Well...

So anyway, I don't need your assistance for resetting. There are much better casinos than yours, for example there are many that allows playing any games with the bonus. And some of these have cashable bonuses like yours. And better limits on table games. And they send me confirmation when I send them a copy if my IDs, unlike you, in spite of that they are not in the Accredited list here.

And let me make a summary. I have acocunts at numerous RTGs. May RTGs are considered infamous. From all these, considering the infamous ones, I am only bonus banned at iNet bet. It makes me think...

Maybe if you wouldn't place that rule to the last line
