    I have not received my withdrawal, my account has been locked.

    I know this is probably a lost case, but can you tell me what can I do when a casino refuses to process my withdrawal and locks my account? Vegas Palms did this more than a year ago without giving me a reason. I know for sure I haven't done anything wrong, haven't cheated or used fake documents. Can you tell me if I have any chance of having my money back?

    It all depends on the circumstances. For one thing, this casino doesn't lock accounts for no reason. You should have a copy of the email explaining why this happened. We can go from there.

    Do you share your computer with other people? Have you accessed your account from another player's computer? There are scads of other questions, but these are two common issues that can lead to locked accounts.

    Its been over a year and no withdrawal and account locked too, did you ever contact them, call them or live chat? I would have been on this, oh like 12 months ago imo................laurie
