Pitbull Casino Wont PayOut !!!

Hello,

2-3 weeks ago I deposited 25 dollar for a 100% bonus, I finished the playtrough and tryed to cashout 155 dollars.

I did not get any response from them untill I asked them for an update, only then they told me that they need my ID documents.

I sended the documents and they verified that it was now atached to my profile and the withdrawal would be done by the end of that week.

But by the end of the week I didnt get the money, so I contacted them and they said there where problems with Neteller, I had to wait some more.

After waiting another week I sended another email for an update of my withdrawal, They just said simply that I had to wait untill it gets fixed and that they wil pay out by the END OF NEXT WEEK !!

This is ridiculous and not the way it should be, also the emails that where writen to me where verry simpel and not proffesional, with that I mean there was no structure in the emails, every email looked somewhat differend.

Do you guys have any advise in this case ?

They seem to not be able to pay anymore... There are many complaints especially the last few weeks.
Apparently, the two guys who were the owners of pitbull, were arrested by the police...

My advice is: Don´t pay in anymore!

Had a successful withdrawal back in January, when the situation was still ok. Even that took 3 weeks to go through and I used PIC club... which should only take an hour...

Im worried now if I wil get my money or not, did you do anything special to get your money ?

I mean this is just theft and fraud, steeling peoples money like this.

Well, I actually did do something special to get my money...
I am a member of the PIC club, which basically is a ewallet with some special features...
after waiting for 2 weeks and after tons of mails with Pitbull, I knew that they are just going to delay paying.
So I called my Customer Service Agent from PIC, he talked to his partner at Pitbull and about 12 hours later the money was credited to my PIC club... I was maybe lucky!
However I still have friends who are playing at Pitbull and cash out without probelms... but even they have delays on their payments...

In your Situation I would:

try to reach the Pitbull rep. here @ CM (and be friendly to him
try another withdrawal method
maybe try to contact a PIC club support, he maybe able to help you, eventhough you´re not a member!
