Club City Casino canceled my winnings

Hello All,

First off all I would like to thank you guys for looking into this mather, because I really feel bad about this issue I have with Club City Casino.

Here is what happened, I made a deposit of 25 dollar for a 400% bonus, after wagering 80 times my bonus and deposit (It is 80 times for ppl from Peru and the Netherlands) I was told I could go ahead and cashout, so I was verry happy with my 521 dollar profit after such a long playtrough.

After 4 days I got a response from them stated that they are not going to pay out the money, and they sended back the 25 dollars (my initial deposit).

The reason for that was because I played blackjack and videopoker and that was violating the rules, wich I believe without any doubts and can understand that you may not use the 400% for those games.

Only what is not fair is that I played 1 hand of videopoker (50 cents) and 2 games of blackjack (1 + 2.50 dollar), so 3 games of 4 dollar in total.

My balance was already 350 by the time I played those 3 games.

Thats why I find it verry unfair, because it shows that it was not my intention to 'abuse' the bonus but it was more likely a mistake by accidently playing those games.

I sended an email with this information to the casino but they told me they already sended back my 25 dollar and there is nothing they can do about it because I voilated the rules.

I know in theorie they can withhold the payment because I did break the rule.

But if you look in detail to this issue then its just a way for them searching for a reason to not pay me out, and that is verry unprofessional and childish.

So yea I think im probably defenseless in this issue but it feels so wrong, like they have scammed in a nasty 'legal' way.

I would like to know what you guys think of this and if there is any chance to do something about it, or if im screwed to the fact that I broke the rules and have to live with it.

I guess the casino could have decided to overlook those few games, but they were certainly under no obligation to do so.

Are you serious? this guy made 8000 in wager and only 4 of them was on so called restricted games. Still you can understand this casino's behaviour when they confiscate 500 dollars?

It is irrelevant how many times he played a restricted game or how much money he won or lost - the fact remains that the T&Cs are in place and the onus is solely on the player to play within these conditions.

ouh, the RULES! most of the casinos today have a clear rule that they can do whatever they want whenever they want to whoever they want. Will anybody call these rules fair? Don't think so... Now in this specific case their rule is implemented against any rational explanation. Should we accept this implemetation of the rule as a fair one? Don't think so!

Yea I know that they basicly are allowed to do this.

Only I was hoping they would be 'gentle' and see that I didnt do this on purpose to abuse the bonus (the initial reason for this rule to be there in the first place).

Rules are rules I agree, but in some cases there should be room for exceptions.

You can see the difference between a real bonus abuser and someone that accidently made a mistake.

If you look at someone's game history then the facts are clear.

After I read the T & C at Club City it didn't say the winning get void if he play black jack or video poker.

It say: Bets placed on all card games, Progressive, table games, and, video poker games do not count towards the wager requirement, unless stated otherwise.

It show here that it just don't count towards the wager requirement. I read other casino T & C when it stated that if play those restricted games your winning and bonus will be void.

Far as I understand It could be void if a player abuse the bonus playing large bets in restricted then try to play unrestricted games to fullfilled the wager requirement then attempt to cash out.

If he only play 4 dollars of those restricted games which is doesn't count toward wager requirement. It doesn't show he abuse the bonus in my opinion. He wager 80 times the deposit and bonus. That a lots of work. He should get paid in my opinion.

I chat some of the casino while back about using the bonus on VP. I love VP. Rep stated to me that I can play but it just won't count as wager requirement. I can't see why it wrong for this guy can't get paid because he play a little black jack or VP when the T & C say it just doesn't count as wager requirement. I don't see it say if you play those restricted game you winning and bonus will be void.
