Actually Bluewater you are incorrect in this case.

The Welcome Bonus terms (the only 400% offer I can see) states:

First Deposit Bonus Terms & Conditions:
•Only players who are subscribed to receive promotional e-mails from City Club Casino will be eligible to receive bonuses and to participate in promotions in this casino. If you have unsubscribed to our promotional letters and wish to receive them please contact our support team at: lobbymanager@cityclubcasino.com
•The First Deposit Bonus promotion is open to first time depositors only.
•To be eligible for the bonuses, you must deposit a minimum of $20 and your account status must not be blocked from receiving bonuses.
•Players are eligible for one (1) first deposit bonus per person / family / household / computer / address / e-mail address, and environments where computers are shared (university, fraternity, school, public library, workplace, etc).
•Bets placed on all games other then non-progressive slots will be deemed a violation of the first deposit terms and conditions and your bonus and winnings will be void.
•This promotion is not valid in conjunction with any other promotional offers (such as alternative payment method bonuses, etc).
•This bonus given in this promotion is a non-redeemable bonus and is given for wagering purposes only. If you withdraw before having reached the minimum wagering requirements, your bonus and winnings will be void. Any withdrawal request will cause in the voiding of the bonus. In other words you can request for a withdrawal only when your balance is higher then the bonus awarded. You will not be able to reclaim the bonus again upon cancellation of such withdrawal request.
•Once a player has signed up to receive a certain bonus, he cannot receive any other bonuses until his account is empty (Balance + any pending withdrawal request = Zero).
•This bonus is given in good faith by City Club Casino in order to familiarize yourself with what we have to offer, therefore, the winnings for this bonus are set to a maximum of ten (10X) times your first deposit.
•Any amount of withdrawal request exceeding the limits mentioned will not be acknowledged and the difference will be removed.
•By claiming this bonus, players deem to accept all of the terms & conditions above
•If you do not wish to be bind to these bonus terms, please send an e-mail to nobonus@cityclubcasino.com and wait for a reply that the promotion has been cleared from your account BEFORE making any deposit.
•BY ACCEPTING THE FIRST DEPOSIT BONUS YOU ARE DEEMED TO BE BOUND TO ALL OF THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS. IF YOU WISH TO PLAY WITHOUT BONUSES PLEASE CONTACT SUPPORT BEFORE MAKING ANY DEPOSIT.
•The conditions stated above are in addition to the regular bonus terms & conditions which you can find here.

Plus did you see the BLUE part??? What a crock! You deposit $25, get a $100 bonus, have to wager $10k and then can only withdraw $250 (but must have a balance of $350).

You are right. I was reading regular bonus terms & conditions. Not First bonus terms & conditions.

Are you from Peru or Netherlands. From those country they have to wager 80 times. All other wager is 20 times.

I do not agree. This particular rule is perfectly fair and does not require any rational explanation. Nor does it require any analysis about size or number of bets - it's very clear.

what i dont get is why the hell you take of an offer where you have to wager 80times your dep+bonus and then you really make it, which is a great win itself and you screw it up by playing 4 hands of not allowed games, seeming you knew that before?

you gave the casino reason not to pay you and they just acted accordingly to their terms.

sorry but you burned the money yourself ;-)

    cheers

Yea its my own fault thats for sure, I should have read the T&C more carefully.

But I just wanted to play that night, and when I looked at the T&C I saw its 20 times wagering.

It was on a differend page (the bonus offer page itself) stated that ppl from the Netherlands have to wager 80 times, so I didnt knew that at all in the beginning.

After facing this problem I didnt tought there would be any more of this kind of rules that can screw things up, because wagering 80 times is already hard and gives the casino a great % of winning the costumers money.

And this is also the first time for me to come across this kind of bonus rules with this casino software, normaly if you play non allowed games on playtech software it just doesnt count towards your wagering.

In a previous post on casinomeister the manager of city club said that the bonus rules are differend for this playtech casino because here the 400% bonus is fully cashable, the other playtech casinos dont let you cashin the bonus money and therefore they dont have this rule.

So this rule is there because the 400% bonus is fully cashable and therefore the rules are this strict.

But I came to the conclusion that the bonus money is not cashable nowadays, they took the bonus money (100 dollar) off my initial winnings (621 dollar) when I cashed out.

So they changed the bonus rule so that its not cashable anymore, but they didnt changed the rule that was initialy created for this cashable bonus.

I'm still learning alot here so forgive me if this is a stupid question - If you take a bonus & make WR you still can not play restricted games?

No its not a stupid question at all.

It depends on the casino, but generally once the WR has been cleared the money is yours to do with what you wish. The only time I would be wary is if the bonus is non-cashable, in which case you would have to carefully read the terms as it often says 'bonus money cannot be wagered on excluded games' and since the bonus is technically still part of your balance its not a good idea.

However, I generally dont do it as I dont like taking risks when it comes to cashouts involving bonuses.

Only I was hoping they would be 'gentle' and see that I didnt do this on purpose to abuse the bonus (the initial reason for this rule to be there in the first place).

Rules are rules I agree, but in some cases there should be room for exceptions.

You can see the difference between a real bonus abuser and someone that accidently made a mistake.

If you look at someone's game history then the facts are clear.
I think the fact remains true in all walks of life where money is concered. When It come to money there is no leniency or very rarley.

I know what it's like as I have had something similar happen. That's business for you. Although you would hope they would be sypathetic to new customers.
