    Sportsinteraction gives bonuses and doesn't pay. Stay away.

    OK, after a couple of years of playing online casinos I have found my first ever rogue!
    Sportsinteraction.com was celebrating the introduction of the new Playtech slots by giving 20 free chips to new customers, these are the conditions:
    * One $20 bonus per player
    * Bonus applied with 20 turnover requirements
    * Players must wager $100 to qualify for bonus
    * Only play on the following games qualify for bonus
    * Gladiator
    * Golden Games
    * Arctic Treasure
    * Azteca
    * Dolphin Reef
    * Captains Treasure Pro
    * Safari Heat
    * Panther Moon
    * Sparta
    * Fortune Keno
    * Promotions runs 07/18/2009 to 07/31/2009
    * Bonus applied on 08/07/2009
    * Bonus valid for 10 days
    * Managements Decision is final

    I was lucky with the new Captain Treasure Pro and my balance went up to
    over 600, so I played on until nearly 40x the wagering req....
    In the support chat they were a bit confused and told me a 30x rollver was required, I was well over that... I deposited 20€ with MB and played along until I had more that 1000 comp points. I decided to withdraw 500 e keep something in the account.. that I afterwards lost.
    This was ten days ago. After 3/4 days they ask me all verification docs and in the meanwhile they lock my account. Yesterday I receive notice that my docs are approved and verified and should receive withdrawals soon.
    Tonight: they send this ridiculous email calling me a bonus abuser!!!

    Dear Nadia,

    Thank you for being a member of Sports Interaction.

    Your account and activity has been reviewed by our fraud and security team and they have deemed your play to be in violation of our terms and conditions.

    Our terms and conditions that you agreed to upon sign up clearly state that bonus abuse is strictly prohibited.

    In addition to the above your activity with our free $20 bonus has not been used in the spirit in which the bonus was given and we have deemed it to be bonus abuse.

    If you have any additional questions, please feel free to contact us during the hours of 9:00am to 5:00pm Eastern Time, Monday to Friday. You may email us directly at security@sportsinteraction.com.

    Best regards,

    What's your opinion? I call this a cheat and a fraud... my winnings were legitimate and they do not mention returning my deposit!

    Your comments and suggestions are welcome!

    I played there a few years ago, I do not remember the reason I quit but it was over something very stupid they did.

    I remember Jim Kelly endorsed them, I even emailed him to ask if he condoned such actions (LOL) This was before I joined Casinomeister.

    I never heard back from Jim Kelly but I have stayed far away from them since.

    I wish I could remember what it was but I certainly remember the site.
