    Betfair is unfair

    I used to refuse bonus when sign up to online casino.But AsianBetfair surprisingly allows to play Black Jack except Single deck BJ as W.R.
    So I played European BJ or Pick'emBJ,luckily I made $420 something from original first deposit $50 deducted 1.5% +bonus 100%, and I passed the W.R.
    The time I wanted to withdraw,Betfair asked some documents ,passport for age verification,Entropay Visa,and to proof my address must send"one of the folowing"-Utility bill
    -Tax bill
    -Bank Statement
    I sent my monthly bank statement,but surprisingly Betfair said that this statement was online banking statement.This persistently mentioned in some of their Emails.They dont have Online Support,if urgent, player call or ask Betfair to call.
    Email sometime was replied after 1 day because the Help Desk only work according to office hour.
    Until I send this complaint,still Betfair asked for the hard copy of the Bank Statement,which I had sent to Betfair,and I got it from my Banker personally,as I took the monthly statement,not via post.

    After exchanging many emails ,Betfair Asia eventually had verified my documents,especially my Bank Statement,and I just successfully withdrew $450 into my Entropay,must wait 3-5 days to receive it.

    The Help Desk had the willing to solve the problem,thanks.

    I would state that the case had been resolved.

    I will still play in Betfair.

    sorry you had that trouble

    betfair in the uk is much better in the customer support is free phone or it was when i last checked, and i didnt need to send off i.d or any of that rubbish to withdraw my winnings
