You know I really hate the fact that some of these Rival Casino's that I have been promoting are having all of these blatant issues as I still think they can be a great casino service provider if they would only get their head out of their a$$. But in order for me to be a truly good and honest affiliate and look out for my players, I had to bring this issue to light here. And I hope you guys know that this was not about the $25 dollars as I told them in the reply email that I posted, but rather the principle of the whole deal here.
If they will treat one of their affiliates like this then how in the hell are they going to treat the average player, you know. One more to remove from my site now. Damn that's two Rival casinos in two weeks that I have had to remove now, but seriously, for me it's the right thing to do. I made a promise to "self" when I became an affiliate and I do intend to keep that promise.
It may cost me money, but if that was the only reason that I became an affiliate I would not be removing them, but then I would also not be the principled person that I am..There's a few more that might not make the summer rains if they don't get their act together as well..

Well Robwin, you are clearly now screwed, because you have now opted out of their promotion
Sounds a lot like a runaround I got at a CasinoRewards partner quite some time back.I would hate to think that I may send you a customer and they will receive this same type of bullshit and un-professional treatment that I did here. You can keep your damn $25 as far as I am concerned right now. I would hope that in the future you check your details quite a bit more thoroughly before you reply back to a customer with this type of nonsense.
To the best of my recollection, they did require a certain $ value of play on a certain slot to get a number of freespins on Osbornes (value $12.50). Completed play, freespins not there, contacted support. They are having "issues" with promotion, check back in 48 hrs.
Check back in 48 hrs...I didn't play necessary spins. Oh yes I did, pull up my playcheck and quote the ref numbers. "Sorry for my bad counting" says support, should be in your casino in two hours. Not there in two, still problems crediting freespins says polite CSR. Check back in 24hrs.
Okay, a post deposit freespin bonus does require a certain software to be in place on the part of the provider. But I'm getting a little impatient, so I tell CSR if you can't get promo to work, just give me the $12.50 in bonus cash. I'll check in 24 hrs, if not there, I am willing to accept $12.50 in my account, even willing to play them on the Osbornes (one of my fav's, no hardship). But the bonus was there, and I played it. Can't recall how I did, but not the point.
I spent over four hours on this issue. I ofttimes think that casinos that regularly make customers contact them over and over, or create obstacles that result in PAB's do so deliberately because so many players will give up for small sums of money rather than waste their time pursuing it.
But Robwin, you did say you didn't want the bonus anymore...we have your chat to vouch for it.
We are always saying we don't want bonuses thrust upon us and we should be able to opt out![]()

Exactly, I could not care any less for that bonus than I do right now. Like I said in the post right before yours in the last sentence of the first paragraph...
"And I hope you guys know that this was not about the $25 dollars as I told them in the reply email that I posted, but rather the principle of the whole deal here".
Hell, I can pi$$ $25 dollar bills, this thread was never about the $25 dollar bonus, sorry you took it that way..
I'm looking out for my players here that have signed up thru my site to this casino. Any casino that will treat their players like this and be totally asinine as far as understanding their own damn T's and C's is not deserving to be listed at any of "TheGamblingGurus" sites...bottom line.

Rob, I was poking a bit of fun at you. But personally I would have pursued it, why wouldn't it be about the $25 bonus...you played as requested given this enticement.
I do understand that casinos can have problems...But that is their mistake. Not yours. Now that you have said you don't want it, I don't think you can pursue it further to know whether they would have ponied up in the end.
I do think some casinos rely on players just giving up on such matters, just as you did.
Crummy behaviour indeed.

I encountered a similar problem with slotocash several months ago. They realised that the promo terms were ambiguous and credited me with the bonus subsequently.![]()

Just to update on the issue with "Fortune Reels". Bernie the casino manager for "Fortune Reels" emailed me earlier saying that the wording of the email I had received regarding the promotion may have been misleading. He also said that he had credited the $25 to my account and apologized for the inconvenience.
