I got an email from HavanaClub saying there was a 20 free chip in my account..just log on and have fun. They didn't say that Havanaclub no longer existed but it gave you the option to upgrade to platinum play which I did.

I contacted live chat to have the chip transferred to there and after five minutes he states he couldn't...asked why and he stated after another two or three minutes that I have a bonus in platinum play but there is a deposit attached to that one..asked why they sent the email in the first place and I got no answer...asked him are you there and still no answer... what the hell...he had no answers for me and I guess was through talking to me..glad I experienced this before I made a real deposit.

it could have been just a bad experienced operator , ive been playing platinum play for a long time [ i do not take bonuses ] and there very good on getting paid thats my experience ,and there payouts are right up there

There is another thread about FL going downhill. This is yet another example. Havana club has been closed FOR AGES, and the incompetence is placing the free chip there in the first place. It would have been better to have offered a come back, or even join here bonus in a CURRENT FL casino.

I wonder why they are STILL running Havana Club, and presumably STILL paying MGS a handsome fee, yet it has been closed to NEW players for AGES, and does not even have a website now.

When you click on the havana club logo it takes you to havana club's website but you can't download the casino and can only upgrade to platinum play so that's why I asked for the free chip to be put in platinum play.

It was a very strange offer indeed but I will check out platinum play. I haven't played there in years.
