    Roulette 69 complaint - resolved

well after seeing this casino on the accredited casinos page i thought i would give it a go...

i signed up and clicked "no bonuses" because i dont want a bonus, i play low steaks for fun and dont care weather i win or lose, i simply play low amounts for enjoyment and if i win some then its a bonus. I never like bonuses because i play low and the wagering requirements are always high so i always end up losing before reaching the requirements

i felt like a nice $20 worth of plays on blackjack, i deposit $20 and start playing with purely my own money. After about 30 minutes im $9 up, so i decided to call it a day and cashed out.

24 hours later my request failed and i had an email off them telling me i still have over $1000 to play through purely on slots (they said any other game will forfeit all my winnings). I was shocked at this because not only had i requested "no bonuses" on signup but i was playing with purely my own money.

I looked in my account and sure enough $23 was in my bonus account.

So now what can i do? I can either play and win but end up forfeiting all of my winnings because i had played blackjack, or i can play and lose and end up losing all of it including my initial deposit.

i dont mind losing as i said i gamble low amounts only and purely for fun, but i clearly stated on signup i didnt want any bonuses whatsoever and now im going to lose whatever happens

edit: after reading other posts here i have noticed now that because i signed up off this site i was given the exclusive no deposit bonus, however at the time of signing up clicking "no bonuses" should of cancelled this? and i had no idea about that bonus until now

Well it appears all has been sorted now.... about 4 or 5 days later after explaining myself a few times

they have asked a manager who said i can cashout my $29 and forfeit the rest, so all is not bad

i can say i was completely in the right cause if i had lost that $20 i woldnt of said a word...

good of them to be understanding,

    Exclamation R69

Hello sparkz, thanks for clearing this out. I wil however add that it did not take us 4 to 5 days as you mentioned (that makes us look unprofessional ) You requested your cashout on the 5th (Sunday), we declined it yesterday and you are getting your deposit plus winnings paid today.

Have a good one, sparkz and congrats on your winnings!

I don't understand how anyone could deposit a said amount and not notice that a bonus had been added. Surely they would have been $29 up as opposed to $9.

It's good all was resolved, but the CM exclusive bonus is clearly advertised so I don't know how you missed it.
Still waiting for those five rams
