Windows Casino Welcome Bonus has BAD Terms

I just got a mail from Windows Casino, begging me to deposit and take the two welcome bonuses of 100% and 250% that will come automatically.

But, wait, I read the terms.... AND:

"All payouts from welcome bonusses that came from deposits using Moneybookers, C2P, Eco Card and Neteller will be voided."

    Wow, what a JOKE.

I will get an automatic bonus, and CAN NEVER WIN ????

LOL, of cos, these are, besides Credit Cards and wire, the only deposit methods of this casino.

Why this ??? Why such a tricky term on an AUTOMATIC bonus ?

Why will I get that bonus in this case ?????????

    Seems so rogue, no ?

I had to go and lookie for myself. Never heard of one like this before.

After your initial 1st match bonus of 100%,you can receive the 2nd stage 250% bonus as long as you meet two criteria: that your balance is below 1 $/€/£/CAD$ before your 2nd deposit, and that you have no pending or completed withdrawals at the time of that deposit. NOTE : Should you not wish to play with any of our bonus offers, please contact support pior to depositing.

This offer is valid for first time (new) depositors at the casino.
Unless otherwise stated, this offer may not be combined with any other bonuses offered by Windows Casino.
Deposits of a minimum 20 $/€/£/CAD$ and up qualify for these bonuses.
These are PLAY BONUSES - the bonus credits are for wagering purpose only, and only winnings from the bonus (and not the bonus itself) may be cashed out. At the time of a cashout, the bonus amount recieved, will be deducted from the balance automatically
Welcome Bonus offers are not valid for redemption on deposits made using NETELLER, MoneyBookers, Click2Pay and EcoCard. These methods will however be valid for all other offers available at the casino.

I figure folks are just chomping at the bit to take them up on this offer.

I've heard a few bad things about this place before, but that second part bonus doesn't sound too unusual. I forget off hand where I've seen it before, so guessing from that I probably haven't taken one myself, but it basically just means if you won on the first bonus, you can't win on the second too - i.e. they don't give you the chance.

Sometimes the second bonuses are better in terms of WR/ allowed games etc, but they normally depend on you depositing and receiving the full amount of the first bonus in order to receive the second, so it depends on whether you're prepared to lose the first and hope to gain from the second.

Again on the Neteller and others...I've never heard of all of those being restricted, some maybe, but not all. But there again, it's not all that surprising to find additional wager requirements when depositing through one of those methods.

Yet I'm sure I've read quite a few complaints about them on these forums. Usually badly worded, or strange looking terms suggest avoid, although it would be good to hear from past and perhaps present players.

But the question is WHY! What is wrong with money from Neteller, is it somehow "magic money" that wins too much? They seem to dislike other methods too, but surely this can be taken as libellous (by Neteller & co), as it implies there is something wrong with them as a deposit method, and upon seeing this term, some potential players will be put off from using Neteller (and the others), thinking there is some kind of problem with them.
I have seen this before, at the old 888.com and Reef club casinos.

Given that the 4 named funding methods were designed for online gaming, it seems odd to not accept them for the opening offer, this will surely mean they will lose a great many potential players.
It is not even a particularly good bonus either, as it is merely a phantom one, and the WR are steep (last time I looked, it ranged from 25x to 50x - and this is a complete joke for a Phantom bonus whatever the means of deposit).

The really BAD thing about this is:

    1. That they accept your deposit with Neteller & Co on your first deposit (!), then give you an automatc bonus, making for sure, YOU CAN ONLY LOSE !!

    2. When you do things like in 1., YOU MUST put the "...cashouts will be voided." clause INTO the offer, not in extra terms..

Guess its just to make sure of the players money, making them deposit for a bonus where they can never win on. ROGUE

Why not a clause like: "on deposits with Neteller...no bonus will be given." Simple as that. But no, this casino whats your money ...

In everey normal contract, such a term would be considered "null and void". Its like a "You owe me 1.000.000 $ and get NOTHING in return for it, if I manage to mage you sign this contract." term.

I almost fell off my chair when I read that term. Is Tony Friedman taking over the reins again?
