    Playgate stalling tactics?

    First of All Hi everyone!

I just thought id share a story on how i have been dealt at playgatecasino. I have been a member there for a long time. And must i say, ive been a "preferred" customer there. Got many bonuses, sometimes lost , sometimes won. During the last few times i have been very lucky, and won some quite substantial amounts FOR me. A few over thousand wins.
This time they invited me to play in a 100% up to 200$ match +50$ free.
Deposited 200, got only 100 of bonus. Chatted with support who said they cannot credit the bonus , and i must send the original email to their support email and after that they will credit the bonus. I was promised an answer on this within 24-48 hours TOPS.
Ok i figured ill wait. Waited, waited. Then i asked after over 2 days, whats up. They denied me the bonus, on management decision. Ok fine, i can deal with that, even though i was very unhappy, i started playing. Met the wagering requirements , and won. Requested a payout by neteller which has always been my deposit and withdrawal method. They approved my withdrawal, but by check!!! Is that really the way to treat a customer? Check is not convenient for me. Wire, anything else then a check... I live in europe, not in the usa.... checks can be so common in the states, but here they are mostly treated like a plague. High fees, and banks do not like them.

Deny a bonus after the customer has been invited to play with one. Then deny their preferred withdrawal method , even though deposit was done trough the same?

I hope they fix it and can send the withdrawal the way i requested it.
Ill post a follow up on this when i hear more......

I know just what you mean.
If any casino where I've used Neteller/MB sends me a check, that would be it. Seriously. As far as cashing it I wouldn't even know where to begin.
My bank doesn't have branches (only online), so I would probably have to go to some other bank charging half my winnings in fees. And then I'm sure I'd have to wait a month for it to clear.
    Rant over

Hope it gets sorted for ya
If playtech is your poison you might wanna try bet365, they process Neteller withdrawals within one hour.

Seems like they wont budge. However this is only a reply from their support.

With regards to your withdrawal request, we woukd like to inform you
that this was processed vis Bank Draft as per Management's decision. As stated
in our Terms ad Conditions, "We will attempt to accommodate your request
regarding the payment method and currency of payment of your Withdrawal. This,
however, cannot be guaranteed. Therefore, we may process and pay Withdrawals in
a different payment method than the one requested by you, such as through
different Payment Providers, a bank draft or wire transfer. Similarly, in
certain cases, the currency of your Withdrawal may not be the currency in
which your deposit was made or that was otherwise requested by you."

After this reply i asked how were they trying to accomodate my request, and why they did not ask me any other way then just sending the draft to pay me.
They just sent me back the same generic response, seen above.

This is their way of telling you to F*** off

The trail of events shows that you have received the online equivalent of being "backroomed" by order of higher management, and is probably due to your recent string of wins with their bonuses.

If they have always been able to pay via Neteller, this stunt is to ram home that they REALLY don't want you back, whatever further bonuses you get through the normal systems.

This is why Playtech have the reputation they have.

There are many Playtech choices for players, as suggested, the accredited sites would simply pay up, and THEN cut you from the bonus promotions.

Management may have been peeved that you even got the 100 bonus, as maybe this slipped through because they had only recently decided you were to be shown the door.

The cheque will probably take ages to arrive, as well as being hard to cash. Maybe they will pay you in Rupees or Roubles just to rub it in, after all -

    Similarly, in
certain cases, the currency of your Withdrawal may not be the currency in
    which your deposit was made
or that was otherwise requested by you

NEVER go to bet365! They are cheating in their live roulette games so you have no chance at all of winning there. Avoid those crooks!
