I just wanted to let anyone and everyone who is playing the new games at Inetbet with the "bonus" to make sure you watch your playthough.I personally LOVE Inetbet! It is one of my favorites, if not my absolute favorite. I did just send an email to the manager letting him know of this glitch.. but I wanted to make sure my pals here don't run into the same problem. ![]() I claimed the bonus coupon to play the new games.. I was playing "crazy vegas" and I hit the "big bonus" round, and won $40. bringing my balance up to around $70 (give or take)... I checked my playthrough and it was $600.00 ... then later on when my balance was less the $40 (at least).. I checked my playthrough again and it was STILL $600.00 so I played for a few minutes checked again and it was STILL $600.00!! ![]() I let the manager know and I am sure they are looking into this,, but I just wanted to give everyone a "heads up"...... I know Inetbet and I know this is not intentional.. just a glitch.

Inetbet.. I am still waiting ror a reply
I must say I am a little bit disappointed. I am still waiting for a reply from Inetbet!
Kind of a bummer that it's been over 2 and a half hours. But I won't play there until it's resolved, I prefer to be safe... not sorry . I also realized that the playthrough has not moved AT ALL since I depositted!

now what did they do?
Ok.. now I am completely confused here.
![]() I kept logging back into Inetbet to check and see if this was resolved last night.. and I would still have the $600 playthrough. ![]() Since I had still not recieved any response from Inetbet, I went to bed. (by then it was about 2 a.m. my time). I awoke this morning to this email: Dear mysticjoz This was cleared for you earlier Sometimes playthrough does not update until you log out of the casino software for some reason. Are you still having issues? Regards iNetBet Support I had No playthrough but my balance was $15.00 ![]() It kind of nullified the purpose behind using a coupon.. but it left me confused as to if I can now play any and all games.. or what?! ![]() I did send another inquiry to support. The most frustrating part is spending hours playing the new games because I was restricted to only those games and now I have lost the amount I was ahead and am still at the same comp points I started with. (now I know why I try to avoid the bonus coupons. )OK.. NOW I RECIEVED THE REPLY I WANTED.. Dear mysticjoz There seems to be some confusion here. Your balance is now $22.16 which is the balance on the account when we cleared the bonus. if I take a bonus I always grab a pen an paper
an mark down 100 spins @ $1 500 spins @ $2 etc etc then when I know I have met my wagering req. I stop email the casino an get yes you have much easier then making a early withdraw an losing that bonus and said profit if any Good Luck All Cindy

This situation is a bit different though.. I have no choice but to email them to find out when I have met the WR.. I am awaiting their replies after my latest in winning screenshots.
I would have done that if I thought it was necessary but Inetbet is always very accurate (or so I thought) with the cashier section keeping track of the playthrough. This situation is quite different though first the bonus was elimintated altogether and 2 minutes later it was put back but the WR is not showing in the cashier . I only had a balance of about $22 so I really thought that would be lost faster than I could say "jack flash" .. but I had some really beautiful hits! thanks for the info though jas. I will be doing that from here on in!

Too much trouble for such a small bonus IMO.....why bother claiming a bonus and then spending all this time worrying about meeting the requirements when you could just sit and relax, sleep better and know there are no requirements when you do win....and be able to with draw at any time?
It seems like too much drama for my blood for such a little amount, and the constant checking of requirements etc, etc.....and I never did like being told how to play with my own money...but then again...good luck to the ones that enjoy this kind of chase and worry!

IMO this was a very "holier than thou statement" I only started this thread so that players who did opt to use the bonus on the new games would be aware that the play through was not going anywhere!! At least it wasn't at my cashier.. Better to be informed than not informed. That is why we are here at CM.. most of us. To pass on information and give information that is Helpful and useful to other players. NOT to pass judgment on other players. FYI.. play through was met.. cash out made.

I apologize if you think I try to read more than what's in a response, I guess that could also be a two way street here though
It was not intentional and as I said., to each their own. I myself prefer to use a bonus coupon with new games and I don't mind the play through. However, If a problem arises with the WR not properly registering at a casino cashier then IMO I did the proper thing by informing other players. Inetbet responded and rectified the issue, the best they could. It is not a normal situation to have to email them to find out how much of the play through you have met. Inetbet is IMO top notch and I don't think we here at CM have ever run into a "bonus" issue with them that has not been addressed and resolved to both parties satisfaction.
