    Hi Guys!

    I must excuse me at first, because my very first posting/thread is directly a negative one, but it's very necessary, because i must warn all another people from this casino

    As i've written in the threadtitle, i got a 45x WR, although i should get a 20x WR on the weekend bonanza bonus, as it's also mentioned on their webside: "Players are asked to wager the bonus and deposit amounts twenty (20) times before making any cash-outs."

    So for me that's very clear, but as i asked the livechat, there was a guy named "mimi" and she told me always, that if i've played also before with a bonus, the playthrough from this one will be added to my new bonus, but that can't really be, or is this normal for an "accreddited" casino?

    Please tell me, that this is not the truth, because i thought, that Rushmore is a trustable RTG casino, like Inetbet, but now it looks like, that they try all, to get your money and that explains for me now also finally, why their Random Jackpots are also always so very high!

    Maybe someone can help me, because that's not really fair!

    Hello player2496.......welcome! Sorry your first post had to be negative.....let's look at the Rushmore terms and conditions and see what is there.

    The weekend bonanza promotion had two choices depending on what games you wanted to play. Option 1 is for slots, Scratch Cards and keno and says:

    On your weekend deposits, receive a:
    150% match bonus worth up to $750
    to play Slots, Scratch Cards and Keno.


    In order to withdraw winnings from this bonus we ask that you fulfill the following wagering requirements:

    Players are asked to wager the bonus and deposit amounts twenty (20) times before making any cash-outs.

    Only bets placed on slots and keno will count towards the wagering requirements.

    Option 2 is for blackjack (and other favourite games?),

    On your weekend deposits, receive a:
    100% match bonus worth up to $1000
    on BlackJack and other favourite games.


    In order to withdraw winnings from this bonus we ask that you fulfill the following wagering requirements:

    Players are asked to wager the bonus and deposit amounts forty-five (45) times before making any cash-outs.

    Bets placed in Roulette, Craps, Baccarat, Sic Bo and Paigow Poker do not fulfill players obligations towards wagering requirements.
    Then there is the catch-all "FU" clause that let's them do basically whatever they want:

    In the event of a dispute, all decisions made by the casino will be final.

    So as a start, what games did you play with the bonus money and which coupon did you redeem? If you redeemed the first option, the WR is 20x, if the second option, the WR is 45x.

    Thanks for your reply, but i knew this terms and i always only play slots and i've even mentioned my coupon to the live chat, becausae i told "mimi" that i want to use the coupon "SPNS2.1" (150% bonus for slots) but it doesn't work, because i got always the message, that the coupon has expired.
    After that she told me, that she could give me the bonus if i want and i said certainly yes, because i wanted the bonus and i told her the name of the coupon.
    But after that i had this 45x playthrough on my balance and as i explaind this to the live chat, i got always (about 5 times) the same nonsense answer "have you palyed before with a bonus, because the playthrough will be added, if you use the next bonus!" and i told her, that this is not normal and never happen on any another RTG casino and specially not on any accreddited casino!
    The live chat is really very incompetent, because i had explained my situation exactly and although my mother language is not english, i think, that everybody can understand what i want her to explain?

    I told her 3 times that in their terms is written that the 150% bonus, which i've used, have a WR with 20x and not 45x and she said at first yes and i told her also that my balance is 250 so this x20 = 5,000 and not 11,250 and she said also "yes" but she always wanted me to explain, that my WR is 45x, because i've used a bonus before (i used my first deposit 400% bonus, but after that my balance was certainly on 0 = "zero")

    Either she is really only the most incompetent person in this casino world, or she have really a very sick brain, because i have really no other explanation for this guy and her sentences!?

    Sorry for these bad words, but i hate such money stealer, but now we know at least, why their Random Jackpots are so high *lol*

    Btw. @suzecat, i've put extra a screenshot, that you can see, how much i've deposited and how much my bonus what, so you can see there, that i've deposited $100 and got $150 (150% slot bonus) weekend bonus, so your explanation about the black jack 45x rules were not necessary, but thanks for this

    player2496, thanks for the reply. Please excuse the tedious questions I asked, just needed to clarify what you did (and did not) do. From what I have seen about this problem I can only think that "mimi" manually added the wrong coupon to your account that required 45x WR instead of the 20x WR you asked her to add! Please do not wager any of this deposit/bonus until the problem gets sorted out.....I have seen too many times where casino reps say "if only you had not played, I could have fixed the problem."

    Please consider turning this matter over to maxd at the Pitch A Bitch service here which is provided free of charge to Casinomeister members.

    another thing now that i always do is after doing a live chat i always email my self a copy of the live chat. that way i have a record of the coupon i asked for and any other t and c that might go with it. i usually use a coupon that specifies a NO MAX CASH OUT LIMIT. and i get it in writing on the live chat and thats my copy. that way if i hit a jack pot and am told i can only have 2.000 dollars of the money i will have some type of written info from live chat stating differently. never have had to use it because i havent won in a while but maybe someday. lol

    that should not be the problem, because i've copied even the name of the coupon, so she knew exactly which coupon i use and she gaved me also the right coupon, because otherwise i've got only the 100% bonus and not the 150%, so there was normally all okay, but she set the playthrough too high and said always, that this is, because i've used an another bonus before and this is really no acceptable explanation and btw. it was exactly a 45x playthrough, so this could not be only a chance.

    Please do not wager any of this deposit/bonus until the problem gets sorted out.
    Thanks for the tip, but now it's too late, because my money went away in a very short time, so i must not think about this problem in the future, because this was really my last deposit and i cewrtainly will never play there again!

    Maybe they have too much players and they only like U.S. Players?

    Btw. they have now moneybookers as a deposit option, but you can't make a withdrawal with it, so this alone is really very nonserious!

    Don't blame the casino, or rather blame them for hiring this operator, she doesn't know what she's doing, every time I talk to her I get bogus info, nothing like the other operators (try Michael, Shawn or Cindy) - Go to any of those operators, ask them to look at your chat with Mimi, and I bet they will fix you up with a compensation bonus plus better terms on your next deposit.

    about Mimi

    Hello Everyone

    I feel it is my duty to defend Mimi in this circumstance. Mimi is still in training and is relatively new to the company.

    I do appologize if she has has given incorrect information to anyone. I am having the Manager speak with her and review her knowledge tomorrow. If anyone has had a problem that has financially affected them please send an email to support@rushmorecasino.com with the subject line "attention Peter" and detail your email what has happened in regards to your account, please also include your casino account information. Feedback from our casino members is always appreciated and gives the CS manager an idea of what areas our staff need to increase their knowledge in. Mimi is from South Africa originally so she does have an accent but her mother tongue is English as is all of our employees. I'm sure that you are all understanding people that realize that leaning all the casino information it a task that takes some time, but as a reputable casino will always offer our management services to assist you if you feel that you are not receiving correct information and service.

    In regards to Moneybookers, It became an addition to our company over the weekend in the deposits section and we will have it available for withdrawals also. The set up is just going to take a little longer for the withdrawals section than what the deposits section took.
