I decided to deposit, as my account name and my real name is there (account name is edited away now) so was sure the promotion is sent out to me, and from fastwin.

After i deposit i enquired about the bonus as it was not instant like promised. They said that they are unable to credit me with the bonus by management decision. Sent them an email that i specificly was sent out this bonus, so whats basically the problem. They said no can do, management does not want to give me anymore bonuses.

I was a bit frustrated by this, and said, ok. Give me my money back, send me a neteller refund. Specificly stated that i wish a neteller refund.

Support said fine. Finance will deal with it shortly. And finance did, by sending me a CHECK worth my 100$ deposit, not the neteller refund i asked. They said this was also a managements decision.

I never ever wanted a check. I would have rather played with the money, but they just sent it without asking me. In finland my bank charges me around 70 Euros, yes you heard me right, for cashin in a check. So you can figure out that a 100$ check is really not worth the trouble for me.

Should i pitch a bitch or is there anything to do about this?

    PAB might work.

Have you cottoned on to the fact that Fastwin has been sold by their fine upstanding previous owners to a less that reliable Indonesian operator. Shortly after this, they went from Accredited to not recommended, mainly because the website was advertising the old monthly bonus to lure in deposits, and then telling players the promotion was long since over.

Seems they are doing just the same, luring players with fake offers, then telling them "no way" only after they deposit, the player then has to choose whether to play without a bonus or ask for a refund.

They have screwed you a second time, the refund SHOULD have gone back to Neteller, as this is where it came from. This is basic anti-moneylaundering strategy. Further, it would have been free, and you would not end up out of pocket. Now, in effect, they have confiscated your $100 since the charge of €70 means you will get next to nothing back.

I am frequently being offered these same bonuses, yet I am from the UK - supposedly on the blacklist as is Finland, so they are clearly intending to pull the same stunt with me - especially since I am ahead there, mainly under the old ownership.

Two things they need to do to make things right:

    1) Give you an apology for going back on their word to you.

    2) Send $70 to your Neteller account to make up what you're still owed.

This is such a powerful forum. They sent the 100$ to me trough neteller. Emailed me apologies. I informed them of this thread on my last email to them. I believe they have cancelled the check if they even had the time to send it, because i did this thread the day after they informed me they were going to pay me by check.
