I opened new account at palyerspalace (casino share) and I got free play of 2000 in 1 hour. I won 300 over the 2000 in 1 hour. When asked the chat they said I will get 100 % match bonus. If I deposit 20 I get 20. What is this kind of promotion?. In the terms and conditions it said you have to deposit minimum of 20 before the winning will be transfered to real player account. When asked the chat they said it is 100%match bonus . We know all that all the casinos are offering 100% match bonus for new account holders. So why this free play promotion if it will take the player to 100% match bonus which is normal offer from all the casino online (playtech or MG) for new player.

I could not understand what they want by this promotion.

I had same issues with sunvegas sent me a email 1000 hour play must make 100 spins and bet 10x the 1000. Did and bonus was 200. Later i get contacted sorry you already did this back in jan with maple casino they closed off chat that was the end of that. So i was wondering why bother sending emails out to players giving them offers that just arent there. Maybe few reps can explain any of this.
