Unhappy Casino Rewards-U.K. Casino Club Misleading Bonus Promise!

Hi..i know its been a while since i have posted. I took some time off from gambling..and once in a while i sign on and play a bit..
Anyway After reading the bonuses available for first time depositers I realized I didnt have an account with UK Casino Club..
I deposited fifty dollars thru quicktender.(actually 47.50 due to their fees)
and i should have received 23.75 as a bonus.
Instead they gave me bonus points..i was able to cashin $20.00 of them, but it left the balance in the account because i dont have enough to cash them in again..I have complained and complained but they just keep saying check the T&Cs. It says nothing about this anywhere in the T&Cs..and it states right on the first page that if you deposit 100 you get $50.00. Nowhere does it state you get bonus points as your bonus..
In order for me to be able to use the rest of my "bonus" I need to make another deposit and hopefully accumulate the points to be able to cashout..
I feel this is false advertising plain and simple..
I went to file a complaint with ecogra because they told me that they have the ecogra seal of approval but its not listed as an available casino to make a complaint on..so now im stumped..

any suggestions??
I know that you think that im making a big deal over $3.75..its more about the principle of it and i want everyone to know that they really dont give you fifty percent of your first deposit...

anyway thanks for letting me vent..
Kellye

Typical Casino Rewards.

This would have worked fine but for the reduced amount that got through to the casino due to the fees being deducted, and the fact that such a small initial deposit was made. ALL bonuses are added as points, yet many of their offers do indeed state that "..... will be added to your casino account".

Although their points system is similar to others such as Fortune Lounge, they run it very badly, and it is full of similar bugs and inconsistencies that often result in the full amount of a promotion being unusable to the player. Added to this, they have some of the worst CS in the industry, who will make a meal out of solving the simplest of issues.

There are a few posts on cr and i started one of them while back. Tired of the offers that just arent there tired of them offering freebies and then you log in and get emails stating player bonus abuse yet they are the ones offering these deals. Few of us on here have closed off the accounts and never looked back.
Good luck hun let us know if you get anywhere with this group as a bunch of us have not.

Regarding Bonus Offerings From UK Casino Club

Hello Everyone

As a webmaster I promote Casino Rewards online casinos and for those of you who don't realize that Casino Rewards online casinos no longer give bonuses to players from the United States. If you read the Promotions Terms and Conditions they read as follows:
Residents of the United States of America shall not be eligible for entry to the UK Casino Club sign up bonus.

I would advise players to any online casino to read all the Terms and Conditions of an online casino prior to playing online. You may save yourself problems that needed not to occur.

This might be a sign that they are about to throw in the towel and pull out of the US altogether.

The US used to make up over 90% of all players, and no casino in their right mind would add the USA onto their "bonus banned" list of countries while they were such a huge part of their business.
Under UIGEA, the US is now a smaller proportion of the overall market, and it has become very hard for casinos to service this market because of the difficulties in paying players.

When UIGEA was passed (and not even signed), Intercasino, over the first weekend that October, bonus banned all US players from the monthly match - well, by Tuesday, US players had all had their accounts locked and Intercasino announced they had pulled out of the US, and would pay players over the next month.

US players should finish with Casino Rewards in case the same fate awaits. No need to suffer the generally poor level of service if on top of this you are excluded from their offers.

I believe they've banned US players from the Free Play bonuses for more than a year. I'm not sure when they added the other sign-up bonuses, but it is likely not a new change. I suspect that they don't have plans to drop US players, but they don't expect as many new US sign-ups to be long-term loyal players as with other countries, so the sign-up bonus is not a worthwhile investment.

Bonuses for American Players

Hello All:

Casino Rewards has not offered bonuses for players from the United States since March, 2007. Check out the thread below from Casino Affiliate Programs:
http://www.casinoaffiliateprograms.c...964#post118964

If you check with alexa.com you will find that the biggest part of the Casino Rewards online casinos players are no longer from the United States. Casino Rewards has been quite aggressive in getting into the European Market and are starting to offer their online casinos in Multi Language.

A big concern for American players has been depositing funds to an online casino and hopefully we will see the UIGEA scrapped once Bush and Corruption are done as of January 20, 2009. The way that that UIGEA bill was attached to another bill was totally wrong in the first place but the so called Republicans have stooped to all time lows with the Bush Administration.

As everything else that George Walker Bush has been involved in throughout his life he has proven to be a total screw up, especially running two Oil Companies into the ground. How can the man think he has done a good job when his Corrupt Party has furthered the national debt to 9.5 Trillion as of April, 2009 from 5.6 Trillion when he took office in January, 2001. The national debt is expected to hit 10 Trillion before he leaves office as of January 20, 2009.

That thread ends with the statement that the term should only ever have applied to Zodiac, and was put there to prevent players playing who could never purchase because of being from the USA.

Noe of this answers the OP's point. This was UK Casino Club, and not Zodiac, so the term should not have applied - so why did it - let me guess, the usual substandard and inept CS staff they use

Check these terms.

To Vinyl Weatherman: If you bother to check you will find that all the Casino Rewards online casinos state the following in respect to the online casino you may visit.

Residents of the United States of America shall not be eligible for entry to the Blackjack Ballroom sign up bonus.
Residents of the United States of America shall not be eligible for entry to the Golden Tiger Casino sign up bonus.
Residents of the United States of America shall not be eligible for entry to the Captain Cooks Casino sign up bonus.

If you bother to go to Terms and Conditions and then next click on Promotions Terms and Conditions you will find all Casino Rewards properties will now state the above. That is why I always recommend players to read the Terms and Conditions of any online casinos prior to playing. You may save yourself problems that may have been prevented by fully understanding the Terms and Conditions that are to be met by players to any online casino.

According to the thread referenced above, this was done in error by Casino Rewards, and they claim to have removed this term except for Zodiac.

Seems the aforementioned forum has been lied to by someone who claims to be close to Casino Rewards. Some US players may well have deposited on the back of this, and found the term IS live and being enforced.

This is the main reason CR are so inept. Often, the right hand does not know what the left hand is doing, and we end up with this kind of mess.

So, US players should disregard these assurances, and assume that the bonus ban is in place. I expect CR are continuing to send invites to their US players that include the bonus offers. This makes them look bad, but they just don't care. They even told eCogra to go for a hike when they found the compliance requirements too bothersome.
