[Resolved] Sci-Fi: undefined t&c's for loyalty freebie

I am a regular depositor at sci-fi-casino and received a loyalty freebie of 10 usd. The e-mail by which I received this mentioned:

Warm greetings from Sci Fi Casino.

We have been busy checking all active accounts in order to reward our most loyal players with free plays.

This week, YOUR account was selected to receive a $10.00 token!

Play everyday at Sci Fi Casino and be part of the Sci Fi experience!

Enjoy!

Sci Fi Casino
support@sci-fi-casino.com
www.sci-fi-casino.com

* Tokens must be wagered 20 times on slots only. Maximum cash out is 8 times the token amount.

I played real-series video slots and I wanted to cashout 80 usd, but I wanted to check first with live support, whether I had met the wagering requirements. A certain James informed me that this freebie was for slots only and since I had only played r-s slots, I had not met the requirements. I showed him the note above, but he remained adamant and said that r-s slots are a different kind of game (??). I said that it can be clearly read from the manager's note that the 10 free - for wagering requirements - can only be played on slots and not table games. That is the correct interpretation, otherwise it should have stated on slots only - except real-series slots...

I didnt get a decent reply, James only repeated the manager's note and that real series slots were a different kind of slots... So I would like to ask you to settle this for me. I dont understand Sci-Fi, why are they doing this?

Also, I will send a message to the sci-fi representative.

Thanks for your assistance!

Yeah i had a look a long time ago into coupons and stuff and see that rule at other rtgs so new it.

But the problem is if real series slots are so different why not state that in the email.

Well i gues it takes a real dumb ass casino to give a loyalty freebee, And to lose a loyal player in the process.

They should pay up or at least let you do the $10 over again on slots

Sci-Fi freebie

Thanks for your kind reply. I am still awaiting Casino Meister's and the affiliates response... this James is a real ...head, but I can still play with the 81 usd that is now in my balance... The point is, however, it says slots only, so no table games...

I dont understand this behavious either, but I suppose James isnt the casino manager and he wasnt willing to get the casino manager to come, as I requested.... Just wait, it will work out!

Hi again maybe they will let you do the wagering with your $81 on slots, Because you did not knowing break the rules, I think that would be a sensible outcome.

I cant see why you should have to meet the WRs again. It is crystal clear that slots should include both the traditional/conventional slots and the Real Series ones. If they did not want to include the R Series they should have said so. I think you should demand the $80 in full without any other WRs.

Cool

That's really a very interesting issue, because as i start there playing about 1 year ago, i asked the live chat the same question, before i made my 1st deposit incl. the 250% bonus ($ 500), because for me it was also a little bit unclear, but they told me, that i can play on all slots and i could also met the WR and paid out my money (it was about $ 900 at the end), so i'm really wondering, that they do such silly things with their last players.
They should be happy for every player, because as everyone can see, they can't have much players, because their Random Jackpots goes up very slowly (the last RJ which was hit, was "Prince of Sherwood" and it takes nearly 1 year to go up from $ 8,000 to $ 9,000 and shortly after that, he was hitted!), so that means for me, that there are very less players on this casino!
But if they threat all players like Mouche12, i must not wondering about that fact, because that's now their own error!

When I used to play there, I would sometimes run into the same problem. After 5 minutes of chatting with live support asking where it says RSVS are restricted, they've always agreed with me and let the cashout proceed.

Maybe try going into live support at a different time of day and try to speak with someone else.

Sci-Fi freebie`

Yes, I did go into chat yesterday and spoke to someone else, but he advised me to send an email to their security dept., which would be open today. Anyway, I also expect a formal apology, because this is ridiculous. James IS representing Sci-Fi and other players/customers may be threatened by him as well.

Keep you posted!

Sci-fi freebie

Problem solved!

Chatted with James again, he apologized:

I apologize for the inconvenience, the thing is that before we had that rule and it was removed, and I failed to review them.
James: I will send you an email with an apology,
Jacqueline Sieben: okay, I copy this line of text and put in the forum. apologies accepted, I will cash out now...
Jacqueline Sieben: thats too kind I will put that in the forum as well....
Jacqueline Sieben: Sci-fi has a good rep...
Jacqueline Sieben: so I will cashout out now and I expect payout within 24 hrs...
=========================

I will post the email also when I receive it... fair is fair... Sci-fi has a good reputation and I am glad this one is solved, its just that James was so adamant, that I got quite upset...

Thanks for your attention!!!
