Hi,

Be aware, that in this casino, you may get wrong info from support and they don NOT follow their own terms:

I played the free play promo and wanted to tranfer the winnings. For this, you have to make a min. depsoit of 50.
Before, I read in the free play terms that:

- Upon a withdrawal, the Bonus Account balance is reset to zero. This means that a Player can choose to withdraw their deposit, but will subsequently lose any bonus money remaining in the Bonus Account.

- And, there are NO wagering req. in theese terms, so I asked the chat:

It's german, I ask: "Is it possible to let the bonus go to zero and request a withdraw, before all wagering req. is done ?"
Clear answer: YES, FOR SURE !!!
The wagering req. is 40 times, btw.

BUT WHAT DO YOU THINK. AFTER DEPOSIT, NO WITHDRAW IS POSSIBLE...

I wrote a mail, asking they should at least tell their support their own rules, but they just said I got the right answer and quoted a term from their "100% Welcome Bonus", wich is NOT WHAT I GOT, where it says: "No withdraw is honored, before all wagering is done"
BTW, in those terms, they have this term too:

So, in theese terms, they have BOTH, YES and NO....

I blame them, because I didn't had the welcome bonus AND asked the chat before...
