any suggestions to a bonus you shouldnt have gotten

I have emailed casino and im giving them a chance to fix this prob first before i state their name. here goes

On weekend i found this casino in their website states 100% match on your first deposit, bonus only applies to your first deposit only. So i drop 25 dollars into my account they give me 25 so i now have 50 to play with, i dont win anything when i was done playing my balance was 0. Tonight i thought ill try the casino again so i drop another 25 as i do this i looked into web site again about bonus and into accounts in casino again states bonus is only on first deposit so i think im clear as i really dont like the bonus idea on second deposits. So as im playing i hit a 300 dollar line with that came another 25 dollars out of know where inbetween spins. So i get hold of the op asking what is going on she says its your bonus i said to her no thks this is second deposit i dont want it so she removes it for me. I play few hours longer get over 350 get down to 250 i ask for 175 to be taken out it goes through i play the rest till balance is 0. I log into email thinking strange no email nothing from them so i wait few hours log back into casino next i know i have balance of 200 with op telling me i have to do a playthrough as they gave me a 25 dollar bonus after long chat with them and her not understanding i just sent off a email to support i cant seem to find a number for them either.

so all i know i know so plse help what would my next move be

This sounds like a dodgy Playtech setting a trap because you got ahead. Not only did they sneak in a bonus that is NOT even allowed in the T & C, they have used it to deny your withdrawal by claiming you now have more WR to complete.
Next, they will claim they cannot remove the bonus because you played after it was credited, hardly suprising considering how they sneaked it in.
Even after you complete WR, they can use their "FU Clause" because you "claimed" a bonus against the T & C. If they are a more reputable Playtech, they will sort this out by simply deducting the erroneously credited $25, but if not, they will insist on you completing WR, although publicity will probably inhibit them from going as far as the "FU Clause".

Give then a little time to deal with this, look to see if they have a rep here, but if they seem determined to deny your withdrawal they need to be subject to a PAB, or named, so that others can watch out for this trap.

when i read posts a lot of players talk about their fav places to play, never heard of this site so i went in and looked around im not a high roller so if i do take a loss isnt to bad. I liked the games here its just like playing the real cleo game at the live casions, so i read up on it there wasnt a phone number and really not much on this casino, one email back from me 8 hours ago said we respond back to you in the hour still nothing more. those casinos dont allow canadians i dif they are owned by Kahnawake Gaming ok casino name is giant palace maybe this will help if other players look around their site for me and help with this

Oh dear. When you said Cleopatra I thought sure it was a Wagerworks casino, which would have been a good thing since they are respectable.

Unfortunately Giant Palace seems to be a sister casino to Hype / Inchili. Or at least, it uses the same software.

I am really very sorry to say that I don't hold much hope for you to get paid. If the people running this casino are the same ones behind Hype and Inchili, it doesn't look good. They still owe players and affiliates money from 2006.

Here are a few things I noticed which are warning signs:

- The site has no Google pagerank, indicating that it's a new site and/or very few other sites link to it
- If you click on their "Affiliates" link and try to go to their affiliate website, it displays an "Under construction" page
- Fraudulent use of the Kahnawake logo. If they can't even get licensed with Kahnawake, that's not a good sign. (Verify here: http://www.kahnawake.com/gamingcommission/permits.asp - they aren't listed, yet claim to be on this page)

this is why bonuses scare the crap out of me. i never take a bonus and when they do pop one in on me i do what you did i get in touch and have them remove it and if they come off with that playthru crap after i have told them from the beginning, thats when i start uninstalling!! some casinos try to play people for suckers esp. when the player is ahead..........hope you get it worked out, i really do.

hi all just to let you know that it seems that i might have mistaken when i did get that bonus during my play session with them as i did say though it did state on first deposit only so i was shocked when i got one on the second, Anyways
here is how it all ended and i must say giant palace was very understanding.
I did get my withdrawl from them and they also gave me something else in return and so i will be depositing again with them, i really like their games much dif then rtg
microgaming and rival they are a lil dif and they have some nice paylines on their
slots
