    Betcris is one of the leaders in the online sportsbook industry. I've never had any issues with their support and I use them quite reguarly for sportsbetting. They pay on time, respond to e-mails promptly etc.

    Bill Dozer highly recommends them, along with Bookmaker.com, Betdsi.com (which are their other operations).

    I wouldn't recommend their casino tho.... I can never win with their blackjack... I've lost too many hands in a row, especially when playing with higher stakes Plus I'm no fan of flash casinos and their slot selection is simply AWFUL.

    But in this case you are right... The CSR showed no interest in responding to your questions, very unprofessional behaviour. I recommend emailing them the transcript.

    Well I mailed them the chat 7 hours ago with the following and received no reply

    I today had the misfortune of engaging in a live chat
    conversation with one of your operators. I have never
    been "Chatted" to it such a condecending way. Comments
    like, I have just told you so and Ive just told you"

    I was asking a genuine question regarding an offer on
    your website. Then he turns round and says this is for
    people in spain only. If its for people in spain, whys
    it available in GBP as well.

    If possible, I would take jose for a bit of customer
    service training on how to speak to potential clients.

    We are always told to READ the T & C - why was this rep so evasive to the extremely simple question of a link to the T & C. It is no good having CS say "I told you so", as casino management do not accept this as good enough should a dispute later arise. Worse, this rep kept changing the story with each reply, and there were numerous inconsitancies. If the offer was only for Spain, this is a most important term, and shoud be on the damn BANNER, let alone a T & C page.

    Seems to be a case of the sportsbook adding a casino as an afterthought, and showing no interest in those who come along just for the casino. This makes it look like it won't be worth playing at anyway.

    I have bad customer support experiences at bookmaker(sister of betcris) and their casino management seems to change rules on the fly at times. But overall they are decent site and you shouldn't have problems with payments.

    While I may have no problem with payment, I wont know because they still havent replied to my email and are just ignoring me. As a potential customer, I expect a little bit more.

    I have tried to search the site and no T&Cs are there

    Their Casino is awful and designed to swallow everyone's sportsbook winnings. It's like a black hole that sucks everything in.
